Yes, this house looks unique because it is! Many upgrades for you to enjoy! Cameron's Skybox is located less than 240 steps (walked by me) to the beach. What will you find about this home that you'll most enjoy? Let's start here ... the spacious, screened-in back patio with a gas grill; the 2 master bedrooms - one on the first floor, and one on the 3rd floor/top level (with partial ocean views from top level); flooring - wood and tile - on first floor, carpet on 2nd and 3rd floors; 5 flat screen TV's; 2 living room areas - one on first floor and one on second floor; quiet location and the overall spaciousness!

JGK&J Management Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement is made by and between JGK&J Management and the GUEST as of the date and name evidenced by receipt of the Reservation Deposit. This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned. This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the State of South Carolina. The invalidity or unenforceability of any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall in no way effect any other provisions. The GUEST agrees to abide by the Rental Agreement, which includes: House Rules; ADDENDUM TO RENTAL AGREEMENT - THE CITY OF ISLE OF PALMS, SC; Dog Policy, if applicable; and Check Out Procedures, while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else GUEST permits on the property to abide by this agreement, rules and procedures at all times while at the property. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

2. OWNERSHIP: The property is privately owned, with JGK&J Management acting solely as Agent for the Homeowner. The GUEST acknowledges he/she is a Licensee of the Homeowner and not a tenant, and is not acquiring any interest in the property. Because this property is privately owned, we ask that you treat it as if it were your own.
3. RENTALS: Summer Rentals (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are from Sunday to Sunday, unless otherwise approved. Shorter stays during the off Season are negotiable. There is a 3-night minimum on all reservations. Holiday rates may apply.
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of overnight occupants (excluding children under the age of two years) is 12 people. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of GUEST.
5. PAYMENTS: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, echecks and money orders.
6. TAXES AND FEES: Taxes and fees are not included in advertised Rental Rates. Tax rates are calculated and added to the Reservation Quote according to the state sales tax, state and local accommodation taxes and fees, and local laws in force at the time of this agreement. Additional fees added may include but are not limited to refundable damage deposit, property damage protection, cleaning fee, and if applicable dog fee.
7. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are made by using our online services. To confirm a reservation, damage insurance is required at the time of booking. The balance in full is due 60 days prior to your arrival.Reservations made less than sixty days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of (URL HIDDEN) JGK&J Management not receive the final balance by this due date, the GUEST authorizes JGK&J Management to rebook the reservation and the deposit is forfeited by the GUEST. All advance reservations made for the following year are subject to the Homeowners usage and price increases.
8. ERRORS: Errors in pricing and descriptions rarely occur and the GUEST will be notified in any event of error. If in the opinion of JGK&J Management, the error substantially changes the terms of the Agreement, the GUEST may cancel the reservation within 5 business days after receiving such notification and GUEST will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to make corrections, additions, deletions, and changes in the rates and descriptions at any time without notice. Should the accommodation become unavailable due to reasons beyond control (such as Hurricane Damages, Fire Damages, extreme guest damages), the GUEST will be notified as soon as possible.
9. CHECK IN: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Check-In is no earlier than 4:00 p.m.on the agreed upon date. For your safety and consideration it is vital that we have adequate time to clean and inspect the property between Guests. JGK&J Management makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the property is ready by 4:00 p.m.; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, your property may not be ready at exactly 4:00 p.m. No refunds will be given should this occur.
10. CHECK OUT: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Check Out is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the agreed upon date. Cleaning Services will arrive at 10:00 a.m. If departure is later than 10:00 a.m., penalties will be assessed. There will be no refund for early departures for any reason, weather related or otherwise. If for some unforeseen reason the property is not vacated by check out time, the GUEST agrees that JGK&J Management may remove all occupants and their belongings from the property and dispose of all belongings at the GUEST'S expense and risk of loss.
11.DAMAGE Protection:A. With certain booking services, there is a non-refundable $79.00 is added to every reservation for Property Damage Protection. Property Damage Protection covers the Homeowner and their GUESTS for any unintentional damages occurring to the property up to $3,000. This protection covers unintentional accidental damages only. With other booking services, a refundable damage deposit of $1,000.00 is added to each reservation. Any damages to the property that are a result of not following JGK&J Management Rental Agreement will result in deductions from this deposit. The GUEST agrees to indemnify the Homeowner for any damages caused by their carelessness and negligence including but not limited to: damaged property, damaged furnishings, damages caused by having an unapproved pet, damages from a house party, smoking infractions, missing accessories or furnishings, missing or damaged linens, excessive cleaning, failure to follow Check Out procedures.C. The refundable damage deposit is for security and shall be refunded by the rental listing agencies within 14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions or repairs are necessary. Refunds will be credited to the GUEST. Again, certain booking agencies (depending on who you accessed my house through, will provide the refund).
D. If damages caused by the GUEST exceed the damage deposit, (ex. fire or flood/water damage), then the GUEST is liable and responsible for the homeowner insurance deductible to repair the damages.

E. All damages MUST be reported immediately to JGK&J Management who will determine the deductions or the extent of repairs necessary. If damage is not reported prior to departure, the entire Damage Deposit will be forfeited.
F. JGK&J Management has full authority from the Homeowner to collect for damages.

G. The GUEST agrees to hold harmless and indemnify JGK&J Management, the Homeowner and their agents from any accident, injury, illness, loss or damage, including attorney's fees, incurred as a result of any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, fines or penalties arising out of GUEST'S use or occupancy of the property. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.!
12. CANCELLATIONS: To protect all parties, JGK&J Management will strictly enforce the cancellation policy.

A. GUEST CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation, would result in the forfeiture of all payments made. If the property is rebooked at the same rate and confirmed for the same use period, the GUEST may request a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. There are NO Exceptions.
B. A property that is unacceptable to the GUEST is deemed a cancellation by the GUEST. JGK&J Management may cancel this reservation if, in its sole opinion, it is in the best interest of the Homeowner. NO HOUSE PARTIES; rentals by persons under the age of 25; unauthorized pets, etc.
C. JGK&J Management is not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds. If you choose to not occupy the property because of a VOLUNTARY evacuation, you will not receive a refund. Refer to Travel Insurance below.
13. TRAVEL INSURANCE: JGK&J Management highly recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance. Travel insurance coverage can be quite comprehensive, and may cover you and everyone in your party in case of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, if inclement weather prevents you from arriving (road closures, bridge closures, etc) or if weather delays your arrival. You have the option to purchase Travel Insurance while making payments with our on line services.
14. HURRICANE INFORMATION: Hurricane season is June 1st - November 30th.

A. The City of Isle of Palms has an Emergency Preparedness page on their website to inform guests and residents about impending storms. This page provides crucial information to help visitors safely exit the Isle of Palms in the event a hurricane threatens the region. (URL HIDDEN)
B. JGK&J Management will inform the GUEST of any impending storm in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the GUEST to make necessary preparations and plans. If you have a reservation, please refer to the reservation agreement/cancellation policy for cancellation information. If you purchased travel insurance, please refer to the coverage document and contact your provider.

C. A hurricane watch means a hurricane may threaten coastal and inland areas, and that hurricane conditions are a real possibility; it does NOT mean they are imminent. A hurricane warning is issued when a hurricane is expected to strike within 24 hours.
D. Voluntary Evacuation: It is up to the GUEST to determine if evacuation is necessary. Recommendations will always be on the safe side, and it may turn out that evacuation was not necessary. Hurricanes behave erratically and strength, speed and direction can change from hour to hour. The GUEST agrees to allow JGK&J Management access to the property in order to secure the dwelling and property if necessary.

E. Mandatory Evacuation: JGK&J Management recommends that the GUEST evacuate as quickly as possible when state or local authorities issue a mandatory evacuation. The GUEST agrees to allow JGK&J Management access to the property in order to secure the dwelling and property.
15. AT&T U-VERSE: U-verse TV, U-verse High Speed Wireless Internet and U-verse Voice is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to Internet service. The GUEST is responsible for any Pay Per View movies, channels, sporting events, rentals, U-voice charges, etc incurred while visiting. The Guest agrees to pay by cash at the time of check out or agrees that the amount will be deducted from the Refundable Damage Deposit.
16. PHONES: are not provided.
17. MAINTENANCE: JGK&J Management is not responsible for air conditioning, refrigerators, or any other appliance that fails to operate properly or for other maintenance issues, including, but not limited to, pest control and housekeeping. The GUEST agrees to notify JGK&J Management as soon as a maintenance problem is noticed and repairs will be made as quickly as possible. No refunds or adjustments will be made because of equipment or appliance malfunctions.

18. HOUSEKEEPING: The GUEST agrees to notify JGK&J Management AS SOON AS any housekeeping problem is noticed. Housekeeping issues will be remedied as soon as possible. No refunds or compensation will be given. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Beach towels are not included. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the rental property to the beach. Infraction of this agreement will result in loss of Damage Deposit.
19. PEST CONTROL: Because the property is located in a low-lying area, pest control services are performed regularly. Every effort will be made by JGK&J Management to schedule pest control around your stay. However, to keep the pest control population under control, GUEST agrees to allow pest control operators access to the property if necessary.
20. ACCESS: GUEST shall allow JGK&J Management access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection or in case of an emergency. This right of access shall be exercised in a reasonable manner. The guest agrees that contractors or employees may enter the premises when JGK&J Management deems it necessary.
21. LOST ITEMS: JGK&J Management and the Homeowners are not responsible for any personal belongings of the Guest that may become lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind. Please contact JGK&J Management as soon as you realize an item has been left behind. If found, the items will be returned at the GUESTS expense. If the items are left unclaimed with JGK&J Management over 14 days, the items may be donated to a local charity.

22. DISCLAIMER: While the information in this agreement is deemed reliable, it is not guaranteed. JGK&J Management reserves the right to make corrections, additions, deletions, and changes in prices or descriptions at any time and without notice.
HOUSE RULES
1. JGK&J Management is a family vacation rental company and does NOT allow any type of parties or groups including, but not limited to weddings, receptions, proms, youth groups, fraternities, sororities, or meetings in properties under any circumstances. JGK&J Management DOES NOT RENT TO STUDENTS OR GROUPS OF STUDENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IF A PARENT OR OTHER LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE ADULT MAKES THE RESERVATION. Violation will be cause for immediate eviction with no refund.
2. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check In, Guest shall inform JGK&J Management immediately.
3. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted inside at any time. Outside smoke is NOT permitted to enter the house through open doors or windows. Please dispose of any used tobacco products in a responsible manner. If smoke is detected inside the property or clean up of used tobacco products is required, additional cleaning fees will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.
4. Please respect the privacy of your neighbors.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Rearranging of furniture is NOT permitted.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Dogs are permitted only with prior approval and the DOG FRIENDLY ADDENDUM (DOGS ONLY) must be agreed upon. NO OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED.
8. PARKING: The maximum number of vehicles that may be located on the property is 5. Vehicles are to be parked in the drive ways or on the grassy area in front of the house. All vehicle tires must be off of the paved road. Any illegally parked cars are subject to tickets/towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. AT&T U-VERSE: The GUEST is responsible for any Pay Per View movies, channels, sporting events, rentals, U-voice charges, etc incurred while visiting. The Guest agrees to pay by cash at the time of Check Out or agrees that the amount will be deducted from the Refundable Damage Deposit.
10.RECYCLE: We encourage all guests to participate in our residential recycle program in order to reduce the garbage in our local landfills. Recycle bins are located outside.
11.GARBAGE: Please place all garbage in trash bags or plastic grocery bags before placing it in the roll out bins outside. The City of Isle of Palms has strict rules and regulations regarding trash roll out times, where fines are incurred to the property. I will have someone (neighbor) to roll-out the bins at the appropriate times.
12.BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the rental property to the beach. This will result in the lose of your Damage Deposit.

13. HEATING & A/C Unit: There are two H-VAC units in the house. When the system is set for A/C, then it should be set no lower than 66 on the lower level and no lower than 68 on the upper levels or the systems could freeze-up which will cause a delay in repairing the unit.
14.SEPTIC: The property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system deductions will be made from the Damage Deposit and you may lose your entire Damage Deposit.
15. UPSTAIRS BAY WINDOWS: The upstairs bay windows, located on the first floor and second/top floor should NOT be opened. If they are opened and the windows do not shut properly, then the GUEST will be responsible for the payment of a service call to repair the window and any damage it may have caused the home. When you pull the strings to open any of the blinds, please make sure you do not jerk the pull string.

16. The roof top deck is NOT accessible at this time and will remain locked-off to all GUESTS.
17. Please return the Corn Hole Boards to the proper place on the screened patio (it is marked, “cornhole boards"). Also, please return the beanbags to their plastic box. Neither the Cornhole Boards nor the Beanbags should be removed from the property at any time.

ADDENDUM TO RENTAL AGREEMENT - THE CITY OF ISLE OF PALMS, SCThe city of the Isle of Palms recently enacted a series of ordinances and has increased enforcement of previously existing ordinances in an effort to balance the needs of year-round residents with the needs of short-term vacationers. This addendum is not intended to be a substitute for the actual ordinances but a brief summary of what we consider to be some of the major regulations that our guests should be aware of.
1. The City limits the maximum number of persons allowed on rental property at any time.2. The maximum number of overnight occupants (excluding children under the age of two years) is 12 people.3. The maximum number of vehicles that may be located at 2802 Cameron Blvd between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is 5.4. Noise - Quiet is required Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. no loud noises (voices, stereos, televisions, etc.) are allowed. If any Guest creates a private or public nuisance, JGK&J Management has the right to terminate this Agreement and require that all Guests vacate, with no refunds.5. Fireworks are prohibited year-round, including July 4th and New Year's Eve. Beach fires are prohibited.6. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the beach and public streets.7. Dogs may run free on the beach from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. from April 1 to September 14; and from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. from September 15 to March 31. The owner must be present with leash in hand and control over the dog. At all other times, dogs must be on leash and under complete control, even in the water.Dog excrement must be picked up (take a baggie with you) and disposed of properly. The City has provided trash barrels along the beach and at the end of public beach access. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT SPECIFICALLY ALLOWS PETS. 8. No littering. Yellow trash barrels are provided on the beach by the City.9. Tents, canopies, beach chairs, kites, beach umbrellas and similar property are allowed on the beach after sunset so long as such property is being attended by the user. Any personal property left on the beach after sunset is deemed abandoned and subject to disposal by the City.10. Personal property cannot be located within 25 feet of an emergency beach access or any turtle nest.11. Waste Collection: Please make sure you place all trash in plastic bags BEFORE putting it the GREEN and BLUE roll-out bins, located outside of the house. DOG FRIENDLY ADDENDUM (DOGS ONLY)The ability to offer a dog-friendly rental property is a privilege. Our family has welcomed and enjoyed manybreeds to our home over the years. We hope you and your dog will respect our property and furnishings as ifthey were your very own. This privilege may be revoked for any violation of the following terms and conditions:1. Additional Non-refundable Dog Fee: Dogs 25lbs and under $50.00/week per dog. Dogs over 25 lbs $100.00/week.2. Dogs must be at or over the age of 1 year.3. The maximum number of dogs is two. Approval for more than two dogs may be given by the Homeowner.4. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, including rabies. Documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by the GUEST upon request. Please keep this documentation in a safe and convenient location with your personal belongings.5. Rabies vaccination tag must be visible at all times.6. Dogs must be well groomed with current flea/tick control application. Heartworm protection is highly recommended as you are visiting an area where mosquitos are likely.7. Dogs may run free on the beach from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. from April 1 to September 14; and from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. from September 15 to March 31. The GUEST must be present with leash in hand and control over the dog. At all other times, dogs must be on leash and under complete control, even in the water. Dog excrement must be picked up and disposed of properly. The City has provided trash barrels along the beach and at the end of public beach access.8. The City provides dog-waste bags at the beach access, however sometimes they run out so always take a baggie or plastic grocery bag with you.9. Loggerhead Turtles lay nests on our beaches beginning in May and extending through November. Please make sure you and your dog avoid marked turtle nests areas.10.The GUEST is responsible for cleaning up after their dog and disposing of the excrement in appropriate containers on the property. Please plan ahead when walking dogs off the property and take a baggie or plastic grocery bag with you.11. Dogs must be leashed when out of the house. Dogs may run free and visit with otherdogs in the fenced area of the Isle of Palms Recreation Departments Bark Park. Rules and Regulations of the Bark Park must be followed.12. The dog may not display any vicious or nuisance behavior. Excessive barking may disturb neighbors and wild life and is not permitted.13. Evidence of dogs on the furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. Dogs must not cause damage to the premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.
14. Dogs must not be left unattended either indoors or out. Dogs must be crated if left alone at the rental property. The back yard is enclosed with a four foot chain linked fence. The GUEST acknowledges that JGK&J Management and the Homeowner are not responsible if a dog gets out.
15. JGK&J Management and the Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to dogs or humans while on the premises. The GUEST shall be solely responsible for the dog while on or off the property.The GUEST agrees to indemnify, defend and hold JGK&J Management the Homeownersand its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from and against any and all loss, cost, judgments, expenses, attorneys' fees, suits, liabilities, damages or claims for damages (including but not limited to: those arising out of any injury or death to any person or persons or loss or damage to any property and or person of any kind whatsoever and to whoever it may belong to), by reason of any cause arising from the GUEST dog being on or about any property, including without limitation, any loss, cost, judgments,
expenses, attorneys' fees, suits, liabilities, damages or claims for damages occurring as a result of the presence of the dog, damaged caused by the dog or GUESTS conduct or control of the pet, breach of this
Agreement by the GUEST, and/or the performance of this Agreement by JGK&J Management, the Homeowners, its agents, employees or independent contractors.The GUEST agrees to defend, promptly and diligently, at the GUESTS expense, any claim, action or proceeding brought against JGK&J Management or the Homeowner, arising out of or connected with the GUEST bringing a dog on or near any property. Defense of any such claim will be accepted within ten (10) days after the date the GUEST is notified, or if sooner, when the first action in response to any claim is required. Defense will be with an attorney reasonably acceptable to JGK&J Management and the Homeowner. Failure to accept and provide a defense will entitle JGK&J Management S and the Homeowner to conduct its defense at the expense of the GUEST JGK&J Management agrees with the GUEST that the Homeowner gives permission for the following described dog(s) and no others to stay at the Rental Property upon and subject to the terms and

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURESThe property and its contents are inventoried and assessed upon your departure. Extra cleaning fees will be deducted from the Damage Deposit if the property is left in an unacceptable condition and check out procedures are not followed.1. CHECK-OUT TIME:10:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved by JGK&J Management.
2. FOOD ITEMS:• Completely empty the refrigerator and freezer.• Please take with you any open food items from the pantry.
3. GARBAGE/RECYCLE: Please check all rooms inside and the outside around the property.• Take all trash to the outside GREEN rolling bin. DO NOT ROLL IT TO THE CURB.• Place all recyclables in the outside BLUE recycle rolling bin. DO NOT ROLL IT TO THE CURB.
4. KITCHEN:• Wash all dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc. and empty clean dishwasher• Check the oven and microwave for food and dispose of properly.• Check the Dish Drawers for dirty dishes.• Leave dirty kitchen towels and rags on the counter beside the sink.• Turn off Coffee Maker.5. LINENS (If included in your agreement with JGK&J Management):• Remove all used SHEETS and PILLOW CASES from the beds, place them inside the pillow case and leave on the kitchen table.• Collect all used TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS and HAND TOWELS and place them in a pile in the kitchen dining area.• Leave KITCHEN towels, rags and oven mitts on the counter beside the sink.• MATTRESS PADS - Leave on the beds. Cleaning Service will collect these.• COVERLETS AND PILLOW SHAMS - Leave all coverlets and pillow shams on their respective bed.Cleaning Service will collect these.• EXTRA BLANKETS - Leave extra blankets on top of the coverlet. Cleaning Service will collect these.6. DOGS: Check the property for dog excrement. Collect in plastic bags and dispose of in the garbage container.7. TV: If gaming systems were hooked up to any TV, please plug the TV & Uverse boxes back in correctly before your departure. 9. BEFORE YOU LEAVE:• Walk through each room and check under beds, in closets, drawers, on night stands for any clothing, chargers, other personal belongings and garbage.
Check washer and dryer for clothes• Walk around the outside property and check for personal belongings and garbage. Towels.• Close all windows and doors.• Flush all toilets. Empty clean dishes out of dishwasher.
Set both AC/Heating systems to “AUTO" and 75 degrees From March - October AND set both systems to “HEAT" and 65 degrees from November - February.
Ensure Cornhole Boards and beanbags are in their respective places, as indicated in the Guest Book.
Turn off all lights.• Close and lock the back door.• Place keys, if applicable, on the kitchen counter.• Lock the front door and back patio doors as you leave the house.

The location is idea. A bit too expensive in my opinion since the house isn't located directly on the water, and that it could have a bit more decorum overall. There was also not enough toilet paper or paper towels provided to accommodate the space. That said, Jan was very communicative the entire time and up front about the additional linen fee from the beginning. We hope to stay on IOP again as the area is gorgeous!

I make every effort to keep my prices affordable with the homes that are in my area/specific location on the island. (My price per night includes tax.) All guests receive starter toilet paper and paper towels, and I made sure that was available. I reiterate that at any time there is a question/concern, to please contact me, as I will respond appropriately to the needs of my guests. Thank you for taking great care of the house and keeping it neat and clean, that is MUCH appreciated!

Such an incredible location - one block from the beach access at 28th ave (where you can take dogs off leash until 9 or 10am depending on the month). The gas grill in the backyard was also a huge plus. FYI - Jan mentions it a couple times in the description, but the roofdeck is currently off-limits. However, the house was so spacious that the master bedroom on the 3rd floor felt like a world away from the master bedroom on the 1st floor. Jan was a phenomenal host and is probably one of the nicest people you will meet on AirBnB. She made staying here an absolute pleasure.

Jan was great, very responsive and accommodating. The location is amazing it is 1 block away from the beach access and the beach is incredible. The wifi was extremely slow and it seemed like the internet was down more than it was on. It wasn't a huge deal because there is plenty to do in the area without wifi, but it was inconvenient. Overall, This was a great house to rent out for 12 people in a great location.

The house was exactly as described. Great layout and close to the beach. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Jan was very friendly in our communication and ensuring that the place was ready. I definitely recommend this house for anyone's future travel needs!

Great house with ample space inside, as well as the enclosed patio and backyard. The house is close to the public beach entrance as described.
