  • We picked this location based on the combination of price/location and description. Excellent location is in the middle of Hollywood! Walking distance to many great destinations. The entire process was very professional and it was a pleasure to have everything ready available when we arrived. I would highly recommend this location for people who are on a reasonable budget. You will get exactly what you see on the picture: a clean apartment with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and close walking distance to everything in Hollywood. Would definitely stay here again!

  • We stayed for the entire month of July. The place does not have air conditioning however it was never an Issue. We told the manager, Marcy, and she brought over a large fan right away. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be done, light bulbs, cracked window, etc., they were all taken care of right away. The water pressure in the bathrooms is a little low when it is on in the other but it wasn't too bad. The beds in the rooms are adequate however they are on wheels and can move around easily. Placing something under two of the wheels will fix this issue. While the place comes with almost everything you need there was no mop or broom so sweeping the floor was a bit of an ordeal. There is also not a mirror in the downstairs bathroom anywhere. (There was plenty of Toilet Paper though.) All in all this place was pretty good. It is located in this sort of Alley Way of a Complex and Parking can be tight but there IS parking. Someone kept parking in our spot. That would be our biggest complaint. There is laundry located in a shed like thing near the rear of the property. The Machines appear to be fairly new and we had no problems with them. Stacked industrial kind and are coin operated. Marcy was very helpful and fixed all of our issues quickly and we never had an issue with her. To be honest, for a vacation rental we wanted it to be a little nicer but it is more that acceptable. If we were actually living in L.A. I would definitely want to live here. Some of the other units are also rentals while the rest people live in full time. There ere a couple of Parties but they did not bother too much. It is located in a great spot and right off of Sunset Blvd. I would definitely stay here again on our next time through.

  • The townhouse has just basic amenities, with only enough dishes, towels, facecloths, sheets for only 3 - 4 people and not the 6 - 8 that potentially could stay there. Only bottom sheet on one of the beds and no sheets for the futons. No oven mitts or tea towels provided. Heater did not work (the first few nights were quite cool). Ceiling fan in one bedroom did not work. When we arrived we found the home quite dirty. We complained and cleaners were sent with the promise that all areas would be properly cleaned, however only 1/3 of the areas were cleaned - no mopping, no sweeping done. I had to do the cleaning myself! You are responsible for maintaining the cleaning during your stay, but they do not provide any cleaning supplies. Costly to buy whole bottles/boxes of cleansers and use just a portion of the container during your stay. They do not provide any information on the area, where garbage is to be taken, where the washers and dryers (which didn't work the entire stay) are located. We considered moving to a different location, however as we needed 3 bedrooms and nothing else was available we reluctantly continued to stay. There are no blinds/curtains on some windows and only partial on a bedroom = lack of privacy. the style of windows is a series of slats. When closed lots of noise still comes through such that you can hear entire conversation of the people living behind you. Roofers worked on the buildings behind us starting at 7 am for a whole week! Neighbours played loud music until 2, 3 or 4 am = not much sleep. The townhouse complex is all paved with no grass areas, nor any front patio or back patio so we were not able to sit outside - disappointing. Before going we saw pictures of the inside, but lesson learned to inquire about the outside too. The key pad locks were a good idea so we didn't have to keep track and/or share a key. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. and subway line and to buses on Santa Monica Blvd. Great view of the Hollywood sign from the street. Asked staff of best way to get to the townhouse from the airport and they responded that they didn't know - thought this would have been information they would have on hand for visitors.

  • We had an issue with plumbing that was not the organizations fault and they fixed it within the first day. Great service, nice people, and they even compensated us a bit for the inconvenience. Jason, Marcy, and Ofelia were great to work with and organize our stay. The location was central and place was clean.

  • The townhouse that we stayed in was nothing like we had expected. The floors were dirty that you needed to walk around with shoes on, the light in the kitchen didn't work and we had issues with the plumbing. Also we had gone grocery shopping only to find out that the stove was not working. There were loud parties almost every single night and the police had to be called on several occasions. The outside of the complex was very dirty with overflowing garbage in the bins.

    I was very impressed with Ofelia and Marcy at their turnaround in answering calls and especially to Marcy for sending a plumber very quickly as no one could shower or use the bathroom that morning. She was available both the times we called her and the first time i called her was after 10:30 pm to get the wireless password and even at the time of night she called back very quickly.

    I don't think i will ever stay at one of these locations again.

  • Jason and his assistant were incredibly helpful and did more than enough in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The furnishings were great, we loved our space, and we couldn't have been happier. I would book with Jason again in a heartbeat.
