1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS 11am (local time). NO Early Check-in or late check-out. All late check-out’s will be charged $50 per each half hour beginning at 11am.
2. All units are NON SMOKING.
3. Pets are not permitted.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required which will be facilitated by AIRBNB. The deposit is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendere(URL HIDDEN) during the stay.
c. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
d. No linens are lost or damaged(URL HIDDEN)e. NO Early check-in or late checkout.
f. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests in the condominium is limited to 2 persons.
6. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However is available at an additional rate.
8. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
9. BACKGROUND CHECK – For your safety and the safety of our other tenants, we require a basic criminal background check for all residents in our properties. This background check will be run after you have reserved the apartment through Airbnb, and must take place prior to your move in date. You will be required to complete a small application and provide a scanned copy of your drivers license or pass port prior to entry to the property.
