Located on Malta's golden mile, that is on Tower Road, Sliema, this apartment is in a private residential building facing the seafront promenade, with its public gardens on its shore front 100 meters away. A private balcony overlooks the promenade and surrounding rocky beach leading towards the picturesque bay of St. Julians. On the opposite side of the bay, is St. Julian's and Paceville, a 10/15 minute walking distance or five bus stops away. Also to your left, you can see the Malta Hilton with its award winning Portomaso Marina and Apartment complex. The right side of the bay, leads towards the shopping center of Sliema, where you can find water sports facilities, scuba diving, gym facilities, heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and related activities in any of the surrounding hotels.
This apartment is also close to all major language schools, shops, and restaurants. Public transport to anywhere on the island is almost literally at your doorstep. It is located between the shopping district of Sliema, the entertainment area of Paceville, Balluta and St George's sandy beaches, together with a running track to the neighbouring Pembroke coast.
The apartment is very well furnished throughout with modern furniture, and extras. It comprises a nice wide entrance hall, a large sitting room, and a second private sitting room reserved solely for guests sharing the apartment. A very good sized kitchen with full amenities with a seperate dining room. This shared apartment (solely by owner and partner) has two double air-conditioned bedrooms. The third master bedroom can sleep four guests easily, but this is reserved for the owner. It can also be rented out to other guests, however if both bedroom are rented out to two known long term guests, this is highly unlikely. The 'private' sitting room is furnished with a divan bed in case family members of resident guests wish to visit. When not in use it also compliments as a study. Both bedrooms are serviced with a private bathroom and an independent seperate spare toilet spare toilet. Both bedrooms can sleep four guests comfortably, and furnished with plenty of wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms leads to an indoor terrace (suitable for a 'smoking' quest and in this terrace another room houses a washing machine and electric clothes dryer for guest use on a weekly basis. Also complimenting this property is a garage space in a lock-up garage nearby, whilst a lift service is available from a common entrance.
Uniquely within the Fusion 4 portfolio, this property is a private residence so for insurance purposes no unauthorized guests are allowed to visit, unless pre advised and pre confirmed by the owner

Consider this private apartment as a three tier shared condominium. This same apartment is either rented out entirety, that is with no other shared guests. The second listing under 'Fusion 4 - Exclusively Private', that has more shared area, space and facilities throughout the apartment, whilst the third tier version, that is, this choice, 'Exclusive Room Sharing' has a private bedroom, with two single beds, one of which can be removed in its 'single' use version (not applicable during June, July and August, or for stays shorter then 30 days) use of a common terrace where one can hang clothes and ideal for 'smoker' guests. Guest/s can use a shared bathroom or the separate toilet, share the kitchen with all its facilities and which intentionally includes a separate guest refrigerator. and a dining room, which is big enough to be used also as a work table. Everywhere else is strictly private unless its use is authorised.
Smoking is restricted only to either bedroom indoor yard area.
Needless to say, House rules/policy must be strictly adhered to.
Ideally suited for long term interns (prices reduced accordingly), holiday guests or shorter stays (minimum 4 nights - You can stay less but payment is for the minimum four nights). Basically you are being hosted in an 'extra large' luxury apartment, with lots of space around you and most of all it is in an exclusive location and secured area.

Water sports, scuba diving, are also nearby. This apartment has its own private entrance on the second floor which is accessible through a security locked, common entrance on the ground floor. It is equipped with modern furnishings, and comprises of an open plan dining/sitting dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer and so on. A Plasma TV, wi-fi, and internet is available, free of charge also in your bedroom. The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. Bath, shower and toilet facilities are for your own private use only. An electric fans is also provided for use in lieu of the air-conditioner. A washing machine and dryer is available for long term guests staying over a ten day period, however its use is optional and recharged according to the electrical units used if needed on a regular basis
Use of day to day water and electricity is included in your rental rate and therefore no additional charges are incurred.
The apartment is rented out on a self catering basis. A change of Towels and bed linen is provided for stays over seven days. Beach Towels are provided.
This Bedroom is meant to be used for single or double bed occupancy however it can accommodate a third guests in the same bedroom. A sofa bed or a folding single bed is available to accommodate a third person at a negotiated rate. Rates applicable are per apartment per night for two people, whilst Single or double occupancy can also acceptable at a cheaper rate if staying longer then 10 days.
A refundable security deposit of Euro 200 is applicable and payable on arrival to cover against breakages or damages to the property on signing acceptance of our house policy. The house policy can be sent to you on request, and you can cancel your reservation if not acceptable within seven days. This security deposit can be waived at owners discretion.
Pre-allocation bookings, or special offers are only valid for 24 Hours, extended by mutual request.
Depending on your length of stay, the whole apartment can be rented out at a pre-negotiable rate, per night, applicable at the time.
Cleaner service, Catering service, Car rental, Nanny service, Sight seeing bus tours, Scuba excursions, Sailing Boat Charters, Tours, Wine tasting, Gym facilities, and related activities can be made available at an additional cost.
