The apartment is on the ground floor (street level) of the Provision House, a recent luxury conversion of a Grade II listed building which was formerly a ships chandlers. It has level entrance off the street which is ideal for wheeled access. It is centrally situated, ideally placed for visiting the best of Southampton. Five minutes walk to the West Quay shopping centre, one of the finest in Europe, and to a great range of shops in the main street. It is adjacent to St. Michael's Church and to the historic Merchants House and other ancient buildings within the old city walls "below bar". Excellent restaurants nearby, including the famous Georges Greek restaurant and the recently refurbished Dolphin luxury Hotel restaurant. Easy access to the City Hall, the railway station and the cruise liner quays and docks.

Recommended car park is in College Street, which is 6 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a multi-story car park about 8 minutes walk away. West Quay shopping Centre and car park about 10 minutes walk away.
