Located where the pulse of Toronto is, my loft has the best location to the historic Dt Lawrence Market, Eaton Center, Finance, Hospitals and access to Toronto only Subways 2 blocks from door step. Just below the Church and Wellesley corridor where the vibrant gay village attracts millions annually, your friends will be envious of your find-guaranteed!! Renovated from top to bottom in July 2019, I guarantee that you will love Toronto even if you never leave my loft! Come see for yourself!

Lo spazio
Located in what is known as the ‘Garden District’ my loft truly has the urban location, with the chic designer flair while embracing the rustic elements of what makes a loft special. Exposed ceilings with stone counters, velvet furniture with linen drapes, european appliances from juicers to blow dryer and a gas range that will melt any chefs heart (Gas’s BBQ as well for grilling anytime!). For the tech aficionado, my home is 100% smart-from speakers to tvs, from lights to appliances included such as: Apple TV, Apple Home-Pod, Sonos, Philips Hue & Nanoleaf lighting and Nest with Google, Siri and Alexa all built in. If you’re tech shy, not to worry as old fashioned light switches work as well! With walking distance to the Financial, Shopping, St. Lawrence Market and Historical Cork Town Old Town Toronto-any length of stay will never be enough!

Please respect the neighbours with no loud music.
When leaving or as required, please remove all waste to rubbish room located on P1 (remember to bring the fob!)
Enjoy all aspects of my loft including whatever is available in the pantry cupboard and throughout to the fridge.
Upon arrival, an assortment of breakfast items will be left in the fridge for your stay.

One tip Inalways suggest to anyone is to understand their location in proximity to what they wish to see/do and to ensure you’re not spending your time in transit rather then experiencing the great things Toronto has to offer. It you have specific questions or unsure of something, please be in touch and happy to help find the best options for you and your stay.

My loft is located 2 blocks from the Yonge-University Subway Line, which is Canada longest subway line, offering service to Vaughan and York Regions including all of Toronto vibrant neighborhoods from Little Italy to Chinatown and Historic Little India and more!
*UP Express (Union-Pearson Express: train that connects Pearson Airport to Toronto’s Union Station which is a life saver and HUGE time saver if you’re arriving by air. For $12.00 and 25 mins, you board a very modern, comfortable train that can save you up to 2 hours in a taxi or ride share service. From Union Station, I often walk about 6 blocks, but is also about $8-$12 tax ride door to door.
*Streetcar/Tram stop on doorstep-literally, my door step which runs 24/7 east/westbound with Service to both Yonge Subway line and The Bloor Subway line connecting on the Danforth (Greek-town).
*St Lawrence Market and the Historic Distillery is located 4 blocks south, very walkable and a must see on the weekends!
*Toronto Eaton Centre, Canada’s largest urban indoor mall, known for world class shopping, independent designers as well as recognizable Saks Fifth Avenue, Pusiteries, Nordstrom’s and Canada’s oldest incorporated company-The Hudson Bay Company from 1774 is 2 blocks away.
*Vibrant Yonge Dundas Square 4 blocks away which has buskers and city celebrations at any time throughout the year.
*Scotia Bank Arena (Home of the Toronto Raptors & Maple Leafs) is accessible by underground PATH, 2 blocks from my door step.
*Church and Wellesley Village LGBTQ2 is 5 blocks about a 7-10 min walk.
*Rogers Center home of the Toronto Blue Jays is about 10-12 mins walk.
