This unique property has been family owned and operated since the mid 80’s The building consists of several apartments, a business premises and a large townhouse which features 3 double bedrooms, two with private on-suite bathrooms, multi level outside terraces and a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Our home offers large open living areas and quiet gardens in the heart of London, with all the modern requirements such as TV, WiFi and fully equipped kitchen.
Perfect for families and friends hoping to stay in a picturesque part of London and enjoy London sightseeing and riverside eateries!

The owners keep the house immaculately clean and are very accommodating.

This unique property shares a large private entrance and garden with a safe private car parking space. (available on request) In addition to the three bedrooms there is a double futon sofa and linens and towels for 6 adults. The house is ideal for families and during these difficult Covid-19 times having space, parking and cooking facilities is key. We keep everything to a high standard of cleanliness and the property has a disinfectant sweep after every guest party leaves.

Please be honest at time of booking with regards to your guest numbers so we can prepare and supply fresh linens and towels. We appreciate sometimes there may be the addition of children in your group and we are happy to discuss your needs and our willingness to accommodate your numbers before booking please. Our adult suggested guest numbers is what we feel the house can reasonably accommodate during these Covid-19 times.

The main town house is not ideally suitable for toddlers or very young children because there are open staircases and many antiques in the townhouse. Similarly the house is designed over three floor levels and has multiple stairs, therefore it is not ideal for the elderly.

Unless requested otherwise - we have designed a self check-in process and check-out. Full entry details are sent after booking and although we are onsite in the same building, all guests will have the property to themselves, totally private and only interact with hosts on request.

As travellers ourselves we understand the issues and changing climate – we can accommodate most requests, such as early check-in and late check-outs, bag storage and local advice. We have great local restaurants, bars, jazz clubs, shops, galleries and antique auctions all within walking distance and a world class hospital nearby.

Communication links to Central London sights, Airports and River excursions are all walking distance.

Check in is usually after 3.00pm (Special early arrangements can often be accommodated.) Check out is 10.00am
Guests will be directed to a lockable key box or be greeted in person.

Covid-19 renovation update

There are 3 bedrooms, two have on suite bathrooms and the third must currently share a bathroom. This was a 4 bedroom home historically however this 4th bedroom is being used for storage and will eventually be converted into another bathroom.

Great London location with easy routs to major airports and city sights and activities. Colourful neighbourhood with many pubs, clubs and eateries all re-opening and keen to have business again. Located in the heart of the design and culture area this accommodation is very chic and different - not just a white box!

We are always available and quick to respond! Building manager lives on site and available on request. Please remember to use the Air bnb platform for all communications. We will respond to texts usually within a few minutes.
