An impressively spacious detached holiday chalet situated in one of the best locations
the holiday site has to offer. This white Upvc clad chalet offers a lounge with open
archway to dining room plus an additional open archway giving access into a fitted
kitchen. In addition, the chalet provides an inner hallway, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds
and bunk-beds), a modern bathroom newly designed and installed in 2019 and a
modern matching separate WC installed during 2018. Furthermore, the chalet offers
Upvc double glazing and new laminate flooring was laid through-out in 2019. The
exterior offers a part paved side driveway and a superb south facing sun patio to the
rear bordered by a combination of wrought iron gateway, fencing and hedge borders
for the safekeeping of pets. The rear patio offers peaceful open views of fields with
sea view beyond and is part covered by over-head roofing offering a degree of
protection from the elements for smokers being that smoking inside chalets is strictly
prohibited.

Access to the chalet is by way of a sliding patio door from the sun patio at the rear
which leads into the lounge area offering an ‘Adams style’ fire surround with inset
electric fire and hearth, beamed ceiling, leather suite corner seating with matching
foot-rest, flat screen TV with Free-view, DVD player and open archway leading into
the dining area with dining table and chairs. Another open archway leads into the
fitted kitchen which comprises of roll-top work surfaces to 2 sides with built in single
drainer stainless steel sink and built in hob all set on a range of base units with built
in oven and selection of cupboards and drawers having matching wall mounted
cupboards. In addition, the fitted kitchen provides a wall mounted cooker hood,
microwave, fridge/freezer, electric, kettle, electric toaster and iron with ironing board.

Bedroom 1 :-
Rear facing double bedroom offering views over open fields. This bedroom
comprises of a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and flat
screen TV for use with DVD and play-station only (TV not connected to an aerial).

Bedroom 2 :-
Rear facing double bedroom offering views over open fields. This bedroom provides
a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and wall mounted electric heater.Bedroom 3 :-
This bedroom offers bunk-beds and a bedside cabinet.

Bathroom :-
Newly installed bathroom during 2019. Lovely bathroom offering tiled flooring with
matching wall tiles and Upvc ceiling with inset spot-lighting automatically operated
by sensor on entry. The bathroom also offers a panelled bath with shower and folding
shower screen above, pedestal washbasin and heated towel rail.Separate WC :-
Newly installed during 2018 and matching the bathroom décor of tiled flooring with
tiled matching wall tiles and Upvc ceiling with inset spot-lighting automatically
operated by sensor on entry plus low level WC and wall mounted hand-basin with
wall mounted vanity mirror above.

Detached chalet with wall mounted down-lighting and part paved driveway to the
side leading to a superb rear patio ideal for relaxation with a combination of open
rural views including view of the boat compound and part sea view beyond. The rear
patio offers privacy being accessed via a large wrought iron gateway leading into the
paved patio which extends towards an elevated sun-deck all surrounded to 3 sides
plus low hedge border by the boundary to the farmers field. Part of the patio is
covered by over-head ‘car-port’ style roofing offering a degree of protection from the
elements for smokers. In addition, the patio area offers a range of solar panelled
garden lighting features plus seating and a table. The rear patio is fully enclosed for
the safe-keeping of pets.

Hi, I’m Stephen I run my own Plumbing and Heating company with my son. The chalet has been in the my family for years. I’ve only just started to rent it. It’s my favourite place to go. Please have as much fun and relaxation as I do .
