Our two bedroom luxury apartment in Doña Julia golf resort has outstanding views of the Mediterranean and Doña Julia golf course in Casares Costa. Just 10 minutes walk to the beach, breathtaking views, onsite pool and toddler pool, golf available, beautifully decorated and finished with marble.

The property is surrounded by landscaped gardens and swimming pools (one adult's and one children's) and is only a short walk to the beach and the Spanish village of Sabinillas with its many bars, restaurants and supermarkets

The traditional Spanish village of Casares is about 15 minutes drive from the resort, perched high on a hilltop from here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The Costa del Sol region

Well where do we start when giving you a guide on lovely La Duquesa, and Casares!

Well La Duquesa and its very traditional marina, Puerto de la Duquesa is a good place! It really is a gem in the costa del sol, it has been unspoilt and doesn't hold the "over the top" reputation like its other fellow marina's on the coast, such as Puerto Banus.

With blue flag beaches either side of the marina, and many many restaurants, wine bars and beach bars "chiringitos" to choose from. But on top of this, Duquesa is a great all round area, it has the town of Sabanillas 2 minutes away in the car, It is within a few minutes buggy ride to some of the best golf courses on the entire costa del sol, including Finca Cortesin, Dona Julia, Valle Romano and the world famous Valderrama in Sotogrande, making it an ideal location for golfers.

Casares Beaches continued from Manilva beaches.

The town Of Estepona is an 8 minute car journey away, where you will find all the traditional old town, yet another marina. But the absolute cherry on the top of the cake in this area is by far Casares village, just 10 minutes up the mountain. It's what true Spanish life is all about. A quaint village with breath-taking views and a pretty little church as the centre piece of this idyllic haven really is very special. The village is located 10 km from the beach of Casares, up the Casares road, and the journey itself is short bust memorable. There are 4 seriously good local restaurants on this road, many that have been rated on trip adviser s some of the best in Andalucia, let alone the entire costa del sol! To name but a few for you foodies out there, check out Finca Garcia, Casares road, El Horno de la Miel Casares road and The Forge Casares road, they are without a doubt some of the best eateries you will have the pleasure of dining in whilst is Spain.

Please note in peak season I might not be able to offer bookings of less than 6 nights (one week)... due to demand and availablity of bookings . Please contact me to confirm if I am able to before any bookings.

For a monthly booking or longer utilities are added. These are:
Internet £30 per month.
Water, gas, electricity £100 per month
We offer substantial discounts for monthly bookings - hence I have to charge for utilities to make sure my costs are covered.
Any additional utility costs above £100 will be sent on wards and asked to be paid after your stay - due to excessive heating charges in the past!

Lejligheden svarer fuldstændigt til billeder undtagen andet soveværelse, hvor der er etableret en ekstra køjeseng. Man skal være opmærksom på at den ellers store og fine terrasse ikke er solrig undtagen et par timer tidlig morgen. Godt om sommeren, men kold i vinter/forår. Til gengæld er udsigten meget flot. WiFi fungerer meget fint, der er rigelig hastighed til f.eks. at streame live tv. Husk at medtage pc kabel til HDMI tilslutning. Systemet fungerer perfekt, incl. blue ray DVD afspiller. Ved ophold hvor man er nødt til at vaske, skal man være opmærksom på meget begrænset tørremulighed. Der er kun et mini tørrestativ. Ellers en fint beliggende lejlighed i en særdeles velordnet og velplejet ejendom, hvor sikkerhed også er på et højt niveau. Keld Rosengren, DK

Всё так же красиво, как на фотографиях. Потрясающий вид с террасы. Ночью можно любоваться на звезды, а днем на море и расположенное прямо под окнами гольф поле. Хороший паркинг в цокольном этаже. Ближайший ресторан в 5 минутах ходьбы. Тихое, спокойное и красивое место. До ближайших пляжей 15 минут пешком или 2-3 минуты на машине. Бассейн прямо возле корпуса здания. Хозяйка подготовила хорошие руководства, по ним мы скатались по окрестностям. Совсем рядом есть родник с серной водой, куда приезжают омолодиться как местные так и туристы, обмазаться целебной глиной.

Cosy apartment in a quiet urbanisation, very clean and comfortable, exactly corresponding to the pictures. Convenient parking in an underground garage, high enough for a van. Lovely view to the golf field and the sea. Great value for money. We would stay again! Marsha provided us with all instructions and was always available for any questions.

La location de Marsha est exactement comme elle l'a décrite. L'appartement est bien situé, proche de la mer et avec une belle vue. La résidence est très bien entretenue. Il a été possible à tout moment de pouvoir entrer en contact avec elle.

We stayed two couples with two children for one week at marsha's apartment. The place was perfect,nicely decorated, clean, spacious and fully equiped. The enviroment is very quiet, well connected and with amazing views from the terrace to the Mediterranean sea. Marsha provided us with all the info we could need about the apartment and some valuable recomendations. Highly recomendable to enjoy del sol de Andalucia.
