A complete, spacious, light-filled, modern home in a quiet location adjacent to a park, yet only 17 minutes to the city centre by commuter light rail. The house was completely renovated in 2013.
The property benefits from a large landscaped garden.
Downstairs you will find a large kitchen/dining/lounge area, luxury sitting room, one bedroom (double bed), utility room and lavatory.
Upstairs there are four further bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a modern main bathroom and ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have power showers.
Guests will have full access to the whole house.
Sutton on the Northside of Dublin city is a beautiful, scenic area which runs adjacent to the seashore. It is an ideal base for touring the city.
A coastal walk runs from this property to close to the city centre. The famous Hill of Howth borders the area on the opposite side.
Pubs, shops, restaurants, supermarket and a host of leisure amenities are all close by.
There is a DART light rail train station 300 metres from the property. Trams run to the city centre approximately every 25 minutes. Journey time is 17 min. This tram continues to the southern oustskirts of the city in one direction or to the tourist area of Howth in the opposite way.
If you prefer to travel by bus, Dublin Bus run a service to the city centre from the area. The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes walk away.
However, bus or train will not always be necessary! The district is well served by restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities which can be accessed on foot!

We have a few common sense rules...
1. As would be standard in any AirBnB property, we ask that you would respect it and not cause any unnecessary damage.
2. This is a quiet residential area. We ask that you respect our neighbours by being conscious of your noise level in the house. (We have neighbours immediately adjoining our house on each side) Parties, loud music or excessive noise are absolutely forbidden.
3. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
4. We ask that you make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!
I'm Seán. I live here with my young family. However, we are away a lot and are happy to let out our home to visitors to Dublin. We are flexible about with our living arrangements and we can make the whole house available for your enjoyment.
