Sunny & modern 1 bedroom apartment, newly refurbished on 1st floor of a traditional Victorian terraced building. Situated on a quiet street, close to shops and restaurants and great transport links from London airports and into central London.

Our flat is a bright and comfortable recently renovated 1 bedroom flat on the first floor of a charming Victorian terraced property.

The area has many great local shops, cafes, restaurants, and convenient transport links into + around London.

The flat is light and airy with high ceilings and wooden flooring throughout. The south facing living room is open plan with the kitchen, has a dining area for four and comfy sofa.

The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped with frige, freezer, oven, hob,washing machine and cooking utensils.

The bedroom is rear facing with a double bed and wardrobes for storage.

Newly fitted bathroom with Grohe shower.

Other:
The flat has Wifi internet access.
Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a basic set of crockery and cutlery.
Daily parking permits can be arranged at a nominal fee if required.

The flat is situated between Kilburn and Queens Park and has great transport facilities into and around London, as well as to and from the major airports.

Kilburn has lots of local and high street shops, restaurants and amenities such as the Tricycle Theatre + Cinema. Queens Park has a lovely villagey feel with cafes, bars, a beautiful park and weekly local farmer's market full of tasty treats!

Guests will have access to the whole flat except for some cupboards.

We will meet you on your arrival and departure either at the apartment to check you in and show you the essentials or at a convenient meeting place depending on your arrival time.

During your stay we can be contacted to answer any questions, advise on getting around and information about the local area.

Quiet street off busy main high street

The flat is on Victoria Road, a few minutes walk from bus stops on the main Kilburn High Road. There is a McDonalds and a Santander at the start of the street.

Depending on where you are coming from you can either walk here from the tube or train station or get a bus;

From Kilburn (Jubilee Line) or Brondesbury Station: cross the road and take bus or 332 towards Kilburn High Road, getting off at Quex Road or Kingsgate Place (Bus Stop H or M)

From Kilburn Park (Bakerloo Line) or Kilburn High Road overground station take bus 316, 32 or 328 towards Cricklewood /Edgware/Golders Green getting off at Quex Road stop (Bus Stop P - in front of Argos)

Excellent transport links:

7-10 minute walk from several stations;
Kilburn (Jubilee Line)
Brondesbury (overground to Hackney/Dalston/Shepherds Bush/Richmond) London)
Kilburn High Road (overground - 10 mins to Euston/Kings Cross)
Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line - 15 minutes to Oxford street + West End)

Local shops, cafes + restaurants are a few minutes walk away.
