The house is about 2200 sq. ft. but has over 40 windows so that there is lots of light. There are hardwood floors throughout and the home is well maintained. A new roof was put on in the fall of 2018 and there are new heating and cooling heatpumps (minisplits) in the fall of 2018, a new hot water heater in December of 2018 and new fridge, range and dishwasher in March of 2016. There is a carport and parking available in the driveway for two cars. There is highspeed internet and streaming TV.

The home was clean, and looks like the pictures. Lots of space and perfect for family or group stays. The home is worn down and old, gives a bit of a creepy vibe, but we slept fine and had no issues.
