Spacious converted stables. Designed for wheelchair access. All on one level. Self contained annex to main house. Situated in a hamlet on southwest edge of Dartmoor. Open moorland is only a 10 minute walk up the road. Closest neighbour, apart from your host is 50 yds up the road.

Centrally heated plus a wood burner. Gas hob and oven. Fridge freezer. Washing machine. Bathroom has a shower. Parking can be off road if needed. Small courtyard from the kitchen. Relaxing sound of the stream running when you open the french windows.

Open moorland is less than a mile away. Beautiful walking area across the moor. Excellent pub, The Royal Oak at Meavy which can be reached in 2 minutes by car or 20 minutes of foot along a footpath. Dogs are welcome with a small charge depending on number and size.
