Please look at all photos. The 3rd bedroom looks down over living room but has heavy curtain to reduce noise. It also has a ladder to the Loft where there is a twin bed and an attic with lots of extra ski, snowboard, and snow play gear.
The decor has rough hewn wood accents, wood stove, smart TVs, wall maps of bike routes, hiking trails and ski runs.
MOBILITY FRIENDLY but not fully handicapped accessible. Parking is at front door, 4" step into condo, 2 carpeted steps inside. Heated beds and bathroom floors. Grab bar in tub.
Outside Common Area: Grills, jacuzzi, (pool in summer).
Inside Common Area: Game room, sauna, laundry.
The Common Area Key is hanging in a nook on our wall.
It is attached to a large #3 (our unit number).
These keys cost $50 so please do not let it walk away.

Mammoth is our favorite vacation town. We have been escaping Los Angeles for 25 years to visit the mountains for Skiing, Hiking, and Biking. Our kids attend the cute Cerro Coso community college in town. The small town atmosphere with great night life and weekly music and sports events has something for everyone.
After renting for 25 years and looking for our own place we found the perfect location. It has easy access, parking, and loading/unloading. Even in the worst weather the roads are always cleared within 30 feet of our unit on the main road, Meridian Blvd. Our complex keeps the driveways and walkways cleared at all times. The complex is completely flat so parking and hauling is never a problem. You can park within 10 feet of the front door and only have one 4" step to get inside. After you unload you never need to use your car again. The busses run all over town for free every 15 minutes. Bike routes are also available all over town and you can put your bikes on the bus that goes up the mountain to the lakes. The 6 mile return trip is all downhill to the condo passing waterfalls, rivers, lakes, and magnificent vistas. Most of the bike routes are paved, two-way, marked trails separated from the roads or through areas where there are no roads.
Communicate, be responsible for your own messes, have fun, and get outside as much as possible.
We would love to allow pets but our complex only allows owners to have pets in their units. There are several boarding places in town that you can leave your pet with when they are not adventuring with you. These are about $35 per night.
We also have strict no-smoking rules. If you are a smoker please stay someplace else. If it is on your clothes and in your hair it will get into the condo and is impossible to remove. Smoking a few feet out the door doesn't fool anyone.
