Located in highly desirable Park Slope South, our property was completely renovated in 2013. This elegant triplex home takes up all three floors of a 3-story townhouse and will comfortably sleep six people. Its combination of modern architectural design and historical elements creates the environment that is spacious, flooded with light yet warm and welcoming with state of the art appliances.
The layout of the home is as follows: The 1st floor includes a family room with a queen sized sleeper-sofa , full bathroom, and access
to the yard. On the 2nd floor guests will find the living room, kitchen, bathroom and access to the deck. All three bedrooms are on the top floor, as well as two additional bathrooms. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom with en suite; twin bed in bedroom 2; and twin bed in bedroom 3. The master bedroom includes an extra television.
Appliances throughout the house are state-of-the-art and include a fully equipped kitchen with cabinetry and a dishwasher for convenience, laundry washer/dryer, and a flat screen televisions with DVD players. Other amenities include a working fireplace and wifi throughout the house.
Brooklyn is the second most popular borough of NYC, trailing just behind the exciting streets of Manhattan. Here you will find quieter, more residential neighborhoods with mom-and-pop shops and plenty of pizzerias. Some famous attractions in Brooklyn include the Brooklyn Museum (1.7mi/2.7km) and Brooklyn Botanic Garden (1.7mi/2.7km). All shops and basic living facilities are within walking distance, mostly on Prospect Park West (0.3mi/450m) and around 7th Avenue (0.1mi/190m).
For public transportation into Manhattan, around Brooklyn and into other New York borough walk to 15 Street / Prospect Park West : Prospect Park for the F and G trains (0.2mi/350m), or take the R train at Prospect Avenue / 4 Avenue (0.6mi/1km).

I am a busy mom and a professional raising two young kids in Park Slope. I love this neighborhood and everything that it has to offer..such as a sense of community, great restaurants and cafes, beautiful tree-lined streets, etc. We are a down-to earth, friendly, low-key couple.
