Lo spazio
Lovely, fully remodeled second floor walk-up condominium with three bedrooms and two full baths. Enter to a short hall with a bedroom immediately on your right offering a queen size bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. Continue on to the kitchen, dining and living area with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is newly designed and offers modern appliances. The dining table has seating for six with four additional seats available close-by at the kitchen counter. The comfortable living area has a spacious couch, leather chair, large flat screen television and pellet stove. The spacious back deck is access from the living room sliding door. A second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV as well as a separate full bath can be found off the kitchen. The master bedroom suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning and full private bath is located just off the living area.

At Mansion Hill you can enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis courts during the summer season.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and courts may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to pool/court rules.

We'll look forward to seeing you at our office front desk to check in. We'll give you keys, etc., as well as helpful information for your stay, including a map to your home, located within just a few short miles. We're here from 9am to 6pm all but 3 days a year, and have a lock box outside, for when we're not in the office. Our live answering service can assist with the lock box or getting in touch with us , should you need any help while the office is closed.
You'll have use of the entire home during your stay, and 1-2 parking spaces. Often, overflow parking is a short walk away.

On departure, we do ask that you bring the trash away, either to the on-site dumpster or to the local transfer station.

Lincoln and North Woodstock provide so many opportunities to enjoy our area! The State and National Forests of the White Mountains provide opportunities to hike, bike and fish. Amusement parks like Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad, Lost River or Flume Gorge and more provide fun for all families, while both Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain provide winter and summer fun for all ages. After a day of enjoying all the fresh air, you can head back to your home for dinner, perhaps with goodies from the local farm stores, or choose one of the many restaurants to let someone else do the cooking! Theater at Jean's Playhouse or a Pemi Valley Moose Tour can round out an evening too.
All of these places are within a 10 minute drive from your home, with many more options within an hour's drive, such as Story Land, Santa's Village, Bretton Woods, Squam or Winnipesaukee Lakes, Polar Caves and more.

Homes are privately owned and are individually appointed to provide owner and renter with an unique and exceptional vacation rental experience in the White Mountains. New Hampshire Vacation Rentals from Loon Reservation Service… Choose from twelve resort locations all within three miles of Loon Mountain and only ten minutes from Cannon Mountain. Local winter activities include downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. In spring, summer, or fall; hike, mountain bike, fish, golf, swim or star gaze our dark skies. Shopping is tax-free, restaurants abundant and nature walks, amusement parks, water parks, State Parks, and local festivals are all here for you. All homes are deep-cleaned annually, but for 2020, we've added sanitization steps and laundering of all exposed blankets on a per-stay basis, requiring a 24-hour housekeeping hold between each stay. We've switched to check-in at each home via lock-box or key code, rather than in the office, though we will be here 9am to 5pm daily to assist guests with vacation activity planning, etc. (We do have a 24-hour help line as well.)
