The quaint town of Moraira is renowned for its fine restaurants including the Le Dauphine restaurant on the premises run by a Belgium proprietor and chef.
Less than 6 km. is the 9 hole Javea golf course. Slightly further towards Denia/Oliva one can play 18 holes. Water sports, deep sea diving, snorkling, paddle surf and boat rentals are also available in the area.

Шикарный вид с веранды и отличное расположение относительно пляжа. Этот район города не особо Туристический, поэтому на пляже было не очень много людей, с детьми было очень комфортно. Приятные хозяева, помогли решить вопросы с ограждениями для безопасного пребывания детей. Из недостатков - очень мало мест с хорошей кухней в округе. В доме в общем все хорошо, но не хватало ощущения полной чистоты в ванных комнатах (застарелая грязь) и на полу (разбили бутылку вина и когда мыли пол было ощущение, что его полноценно мыли очень давно). Не хватало элементарных вещей вроде мыла и средства для мытья посуды с губками. Вроде бы мелочь, но было бы очень приятно иметь это сразу до поездки в супермаркет.

Great place. The house is very nice and the views are amazing. Direct access to the beach is very convenient with kids. We Will come back next year!!

Perfect house for Our Family of 5. Moraira is a beutiful little town and El Portet where the house is situated is only 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of the town. El Portet is a beatiful little community With a fine Beach and Places to snorkle as well. The house is Nice and cosy With several terraces and a private little garden where it is possible to store Bicycles. Very Nice view of the Ocean and towards Moreira and Calpe and only a few steps Down to the pool and the Beach. We almost had the pool for ourself even if it is shared by several houses. Wifi and TV functioned very well also - only to follow a little bit on Tour de France :) Good communication With Lin, and Maria who met us for check-in and check-out. Thanks for the stay - might come back some day :)

La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días en familia, hay mucha tranquilidad en la urbanización, sin ruidos de ningún tipo. La casa es para disfrutar con las vistas, tanto desde la terraza como en los dormitorios superiores El rincón debajo de los árboles es perfecto para desayunar y relajarse. La casa está bien equipada y dispone de productos de limpieza, juguetes de playa, sombrillas... que siempre vienen bien La playa es perfecta sobre todo para niños y los mayores pueden disfrutar de alquilar kayak y tablas La estancia ha sido estupenda.

Отдыхали семьей с детьми. Таунхаус находится в закрытом комплексе на нескольо домов, сначала выход к бассейну, потом еще несколько ступенек - и вот оно, море, пляж прекрасный, купались все время только на нем. Дом очень комфортный, чистый, со всем необходимым дя проживания и приготовления пищи. Вся посуда чистая и приятная. Самое главное - это прекрасная веранда в тени с диваном, шезлонгом и небольшим садом, мы там проводили основное время с детьми. Тишина - большое преимущество, в 10 вечера уже наступает спокойствие, до Морайры ходил с детьми пешком п пешеходной дороге вдоль моря. В пределах 5 минут пешком от дома - минимаркет со всем необхоимым и аптека. Отдельные слова благодарности - хозяйке Лин и ее сыну Альберто, который нас встречал и заботился о нас, по нашей просьбе купил продукты к нашему прибытию, все рассказал, показал. Чудесный отдых!

We visited for a week in October, traveling with three adults and two young children. Only one of us knew Moraira and El Portet from a day trip during a previous vacation. Due to the positive impression during that vacation, we were all keen to visit for a full week to explore the area and enjoy the beach. Due to some health issues, we had to postpone the trip and Lin was very helpful and changed the date without a fee. Ahead of the arrival, we received a short rental contract which was transparent and fair. The arrival was well organized and the house and surrounding area fully met our high expectations (largely a result from the photos which give a good, realistic impression). The property is a jewel and the location - in our view - is the best in the area. It is a 2 minute walk down to the sandy and shallow beach of El Portet which was perfect for relaxed days with 25 degrees in the sun. We tried other beaches - including the busy main one in the centre of Moraira - but liked the one "downstairs" the most. The area was very calm during our stay with the other townhouses mostly unoccupied and the only think we did hear was the waves against the beach. In the evenings, we often walked the nicely done beachside walkway to the centre which takes less than 20 minutes. The inside and outside space of the house was simply perfect for us. If we were to build our own beach hideaway, it would look exactly like this. Everything in the house worked as expected and we found everything we needed. For our 2 year old son, we preordered a baby bed from a local rental service that Lin recommended and again, everything went perfectly. At departure, the handover was also quick and very friendly. It was a wonderful vacation and we are already talking about going back in the near future. Highly recommended. Thank you, Lin!
