This beautiful professionally-managed two double bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a homely feel and a beautiful garden terrace is exactly what you've been looking for. It is perfect for family trips or group trips. And the location is exceptional. It's just moments from Warwick Avenue on the Bakerloo Line.

Lo spazio
The apartment comes with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. It is situated on the lower ground level. There are five steps leading down to the apartment but its not considered a basement flat as you have the garden to the rear. Once inside, there are no steps and the apartment is on one level.

Guests have access to the whole apartment and are welcome to use everything they need. We ask that guests take a sensible approach to using any of the owner's belongings and kitchen items. Please leave any alcohol untouched but help yourselves to tea and coffee. If you finish something, please replace it or inform us and we will do so.

We work very hard to make sure we’re punctual and available for checking in at a time that suits you best. We are here to help you to schedule an accurate check in time at the apartment, so please do use us to make sure your agreed check-in time is as accurate as possible - please be aware that we can only wait up to one hour past your allotted check in time. Please let us know immediately of any delays as we can often work around issues with prior notice. We do charge £10 an hour for our staff waiting time once the hour has passed, especially if we do not hear from you regarding delays.

Please be sure to take out any rubbish you use.

Feel free to help yourself to tea, coffee and basic food items but if you finish something, please replace it.

Our cleaning fee covers linen hire and a 2-hour cleaning service which focuses on the main areas of the apartment e.g. the kitchen, the living room, bathroom(s), hoover & mopping of floors. You are able to pay for extra cleaning at £15 an hour and/or request for an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning at £120 for a one bed and £150 for a two bed.

Warwick Avenue is a residential avenue in the Little Venice area of Maida Vale, London W9. Its southern end is situated adjacent to Paddington Basin, to the north of Paddington station. At the junction of Warwick Avenue with Warrington Crescent and Clifton Gardens is the Anglican Church of St Saviour, consecrated 1856 but rebuilt in modern style in 1973–76. Warwick Avenue tube station, a London Underground station on the Bakerloo line, is located here. Directly north of Paddington is the tranquil pocket affectionately known as Little Venice. The area is a popular tourist attraction, mainly due to the picturesque canals with narrowboat cruises travelling between Little Venice and Camden Lock. If you’re hungry, treat yourself to gloriously juicy Chinese treats at Pearl Liang or seafood at Summerhouse, and when you want to be entertained, just head to the Canal Café.

I run White Rabbit Property Management, which is a small property management company that helps real people to rent their homes on the short term property market (just like Airbnb). All the properties we list here are cleaned and prepared by our team before arrival with fresh linen and towels provided during each stay. We do our best to always have someone to meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys and and offer advice and guidance about the local area. We like to keep the lines of communication open so my team and I are always a message or call away. When I'm not busy with White Rabbit Property Management, I love to take some time out to enjoy this lovely city. My favourite places are the Royal Opera House and the Serpentine Lido in Hyde Park. I love to dance and seeing shows in the west end is one of the highlights for me of being in London. I like to travel in style but am equally happy up a mountain as I am in the city. I love to get lost and explore new places by simply soaking up the atmosphere.
