A short stroll to the CBD and all that central Melbourne has to offer. Wifi is provided.


This apartment is in an historic converted building, situated in a leafy suburb but close to the CBD and hip inner suburbs of Fitzroy and Collingwood. You can walk to a long, eclectic list of Melbourne's attractions- sport, culture, cafes. Within the apartment complex there is a supermarket, wine bar, cafes, beauty salon as well as a pool and gym complex. A location that is a great combination of quiet parklands and lively inner city precincts.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus fully equipped kitchen and European laundry. The key also allows access to the heated outdoor pool and the gym located in the complex.

A delightful, very comfortable two storey apartment. Very well appointed and tastefully designed. Kaye is a pleasure to deal with. She's particularly generous in the provision of breakfast essentials. She's easy to communicate with and generously responsive with any requests or issues. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

This apartment was spacious comfortable and perfect for our needs in Melbourne! Ideal if you're looking for a comfortable big apartment with friendly and helpful hosts. Kaye was wonderful throughout our stay and was very helpful with any requests we had. Great spot to walk to the footy and well catered with nearby food, wine and coffee! Highly recommend this place and we had an amazing time.

Just the perfect location to see the tennis (Australian Open) and to get in to central Melbourne so long as you don't mind a walk of about 15mins through a beautiful park. We found it the perfect way to start our day. Bright, airy apartment with all the comforts of home. We particularly appreciated the breakfast food that Kaye left for us, especially the yummy Aussie yogurt!

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't have asked for more. The apartment was perfect, and walking distance to the heart of the city without the noise that normally comes with such a location. Bedrooms were lovely with large beds, and bathrooms clean and modern. Thanks for a great stay and we'll definitely be back when next in Melbourne with friends!

Kaye's place is lovely, airy and spacious. The location is easy to get to the city centre, plus a grocery shop and small restaurants just downstairs. The noise from main road did travel up at night; it didn't bother me much but people who are sensitive to noises while sleeping may. Take note there is no wifi as stated in the listing. The fish and chips restaurant downstairs offers wifi if you need it. More importantly, Kaye has been so prompt with communications. She even let us in on some of the groceries she bought!

I love my home city of Melbourne and take full advantage of the experiences it has to offer. Living within walking distance of the CBD and theatres, restaurants, galleries and an eclectic mix of shops makes me appreciate the diversity of activities that are in easy reach. Being close to the city but surrounded by parks and an old style neighbourly feel to my suburb provides an added edge. However, I love to get out of the city to the surfcoast and 13th Beach Golf Club for a different kind of experience. My plans over the next few years include regular travel around Australia and overseas. So offering my kind of inner city Melbourne living experience to visitors will be a pleasure. A very dear friend suggested a while ago that visitors to Melbourne would love staying in my apartment, so I have decided to go ahead and become a host.
