Many thanks for positive and constructive feedback. We have renovated the toilet as soon as the reported issue came in, the leak has been fixed now.
Apologies for the way the aircon was setup, that being said the aircon was setup that way by previous guest and can be rectified by yourself, while we are trying to always keep everything work for the guest - there are things that are unavoidable or unexpected such as this scenario. We suggest such thing to be communicated with our team through (Hidden by Airbnb) next time, they will be able to assist.
As for the gas, this is again something that we monitor on every checkout but unfortunately missed to fulfill on your stay.
