Look no further than the palette that is the historic Art Deco cityscape to understand that Miami Beach has been a source of artistic inspiration as far back as the 1920s. Today, Miami Beach attracts art enthusiasts with its internationally renowned institutions and exhibits. In fact, the region’s first public exhibition space for fine arts was Miami Beach’s Bass Museum of Art – today the centerpiece of the city’s Cultural Arts Neighborhood District Overlay, CANDO, which includes arts-related, mixed-use and community gathering spaces.
There’s more than just beach bags and bathing suits in Miami Beach. Long stretches of famous boulevards like Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue threaten to max out credits cards. Independent boutiques mesh with design giants, allowing shoppers to snag hard-to-find designers or high-fashion couture. Shopping in Miami is a unique experience: oceanfront retail beckons beach-goers to shop in a bikini by day, and late hours tempt splurges at night.
I dont liven the apartment so there is no interaction except for check in check out and any other requests from the guests during their stay.

I am lawyer specialized in immigration and naturalization law and I also teach International Immigration Law, I love my work but there is much more in my life than my job. I love the sea so I travel as much as I can to locations with nice beaches. I spend part of the year in Miami, a city that I really like. I am very laid back and relaxed, what I enjoy the most is spending time with friends and family. Learning languages is also something I like. I love music, specially latin music, it has the ability to put me in a good mood. Yoga and Surfing are becoming big in my life, so I am constantly going to the beach (Miramar, close to Buenos Aires, and south of Brazil: Floripa, Porto Alegre, Praia do Rosa) to try to improve my surfing skills. If you have any doubts or questions feel free to connect, I will be happy to reply. Peace.
