Hey Madison - we are sad to hear you were still unsatisfied after providing more than a 75% refund during your stay. I understand you wanted the entire reservation for 5 nights refunded, even though myself and my management team worked tirelessly and promptly to resolve all of the issues. This is the first I'm hearing about faulty electricity nor have my crew, myself or any of my other guests have reported such issue. As far as the water pressure is concerned, I'm sincerely sorry you were not able to fully enjoy the shower on your first night. I'm happy we were able to get someone out there first thing in the morning though! We did countless walkthroughs of the home before listing the space, but there's always one or two things that can happen, such as the water pressure issue. As far as the missing household necessities, we were able to provide additional towels to you as soon as they were requested. I understand you didn't have the most ideal visit, but I don't think your review is a fair representation of our hospitality or the home itself.
