If you have a love for food coffee and cake you will find yourself at home here at 66 Broadway walking distance to the famous Broadway food strip.
This truly is a golden location: at one end of Broadway is the lovely Swan River and its delights and at the other end is The New Children’s hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, also known as QEII.
Enjoy our reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating. There is another enclosed sunroom/ bedroom with a single bed or sofa bed off the lounge area.
Would suit a family 2 Adults and child etc. You do need to walk through the main bedroom to access the bathroom (hence why we need numbers of guest staying)

We are short term whole apartments. We don't live on site but are always around to help with any questions you may have.

If you love your cafe's, have a love of good food and local buzz this is for you. Close to UWA a quick walk and buses strait to the hospitals and Swan River.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

There are 2 buses in Broadway.

Number 24 which goes past the main Entry of Kngs Park to to heart of the CBD and runs through the centre of Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital (also known as QE1)
.. only minutes away.~ every 30 mins Number 97 (The University Circle) which runs to Subiaco. (Railway Station)/(40 meters away from the Subiaco Markets)
On the Highway you can take a bus 103 to Fremantle
Or a 102 to Cottesloe Beach

To the airport Local Bus 37 finishes at Kings Park Main Entry. Then free bus transfer from Domestic Airport to International Airport

We chose this place for its proximity to the hospital, and it proved to be extremely convenient for that and all our other needs. Terry was a very fine host though we did not get a chance to meet. There was plenty of information and instruction provided on arrival and he was prompt with contact. A lovely leafy location (although the resident bird population was very noisy in the mornings, so no good for late sleepers!) and everything in the flat was clean and in good order. Thanks Terry!

I love living in the area of Nedlands and Crawley. I love coffee with friends, Art and meeting new and interesting people. I am the owner of many short rental apartments in Nedlands , Crawley and West Perth near UWA and close to the Perth CBD. I have been in the renting and short term business for many years. I am the owner of 66 Broadway Nedlands / Crawley.
