My name is Nikolaos and my brother and i we manage that apartment '' Gazi area 4 minutes to Kerameikos Metro'' on AirBnB. Ioannis is my father and he is the owner of apartment. I have been a superhost on Airbnb’s platform for the last seventeen moths. I have 120 reviews, out of which 118 have 5 stars, and only two have 4 stars. None of my clients has ever complained about the apartment or my behaviour. On the contrary, they are all satisfied, and that is proven by the content of my reviews and my overall rating. You were the first client to cause me this kind of trouble. The automated message that I send to my clients is adequately informative regarding the route to the apartment, the check-in process and a few recommendations. The manual of the washing machine is inside one of the apartment’s drawers, alongside with the manuals of the rest electric devices of the apartment. You used the washing machine without asking me in advance for its manual or for info about its function. It was after the breakdown of the washing machine, and specifically at 6:30 in the morning, that you informed me about it. I answered instantly to all of your calls and messages and did exactly what I promised to do regarding the repair of the washing machine, as it can easily be proven by our Airbnb communication. My brother checked the problem and the technician fixed the washing machine within a few hours after you informed me about the washing machine’s breakdown. You refused to pay the repair cost of 55 Euros, despite the fact that the technician assured you that the breakdown was due to your handling of the washing machine, and specifically due to the fact that you hadn’t properly closed the door of the device. In my opinion, the proper closing of the washing machine’s door is not a matter of manual instructions. Furthermore, I have hosted lots of non-Europeans before and no one has faced this kind of problem, or at least they are expressing their queries in advance in order to avoid this kind of problems. The next day you checked out with a 40 minute delay, and not a 10 minute delay as you claim in your review. As a result, the next client’s checked-in was delayed correspondingly. During the check-out your behaviour was rude, disparaging and aggressive.
