* Please read the "Rental Agreement" . If you print your itineray you will see it. *We keep our little sanctuary clean and tidy, so we ask that you kindly respect our no shoe policy in the house.
*Please shake off your sandy towels outside of the door before you enter If you get tar on your feet use the lysol wipes left at the front door as you enter
* Sand on the floors: Please use the broom ( one at entrance one in kitchen & vacuum in the hallway .
*Please wash off your dishes BEFORE putting them in the dishwasher.
*We do not allow smoking or pets, sorry.
*STAINED Washcloths, Towels or Pillow Cases from Ink, Crayon, Mascara, Colored EYE Makeup or tanning Makeup , Hair Dye, or Blood should be washed out & scrubbed immediately with soap & COLD water (NOT hot water) .
•LYSOL WIPES In the Kitchen or at front door can take off TAR from the beach off your feet
**CHECKING OUT** 10am
Unless arranged Upon Arrival, late check out-without 1 week notice is impossible especially if we have another guest following your reservation. Housekeeping needs 72 hour notice to cancel service. Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required such as blood on linens or makeup (mascara or body makeup) or tar from ocean , or carpet cleaning appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $40 per hour for house cleaning & carpet cleaning is determined by current rates of independent cleaning service.
*Blood on Linens : Rinse immediately with cold water & soap
*Please close all windows & shut the blinds
*Please turn off the air conditioning units on EACH floor & please refrain from leaving AC on with the windows open as you will FREEZE the system and the cost of the repair will be charged to you.
*ALL lights turned off including the light in the closets
*Start one load of laundry with white towels & then remainder of All dirty towels should be placed in the showers or hampers or laundry room
* NOTHING allowed down the garbage disposal in the kitchen
* All dishes rinsed off and placed in the dishwasher & start the dishwasher
*pots & pans should be hand washed and returned back to their original location
*blue wine glasses need to be hand washed only
*all trash bathroom & kitchen & plastic/glass bottles removed and taken outside and placed in the trash bins on side of house
*please leave your garage remote control inside by the boat
*Please inform us if you have broken something
*With stays over 7 days a required 'Mid Stay"cleaning will be on day 7 and is to be paid by the guests ( $200) - depending on the # of guests) to keep your place nice & tidy;-0) Mid Stay " cleaning is in addition and not part of this booking.

LOSS OF A BIKE IS 250.00 PLUS LOCK & HELMET, PLEASE BE SAFE. THESES ARE BRAND NEW BIKES BUT YOU USE THE BIKES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND A WAVER MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO BEING GIVEN THE CODE FOR THE BIKES.
