We do not prefer to have to leave a negative review of any guests and we are disappointed when we deal an experience like this. Unfortunately, Mary not only did not communicate well, but she did also try to break the house rules. Mary was told if she wanted to bring more then two people she would need to have the reservation updated to the total of 4 before she checks in at the guard gate. Mary at one point stopped communication for a long period of time before check-in. She then processed to call us and let us know at the last 30 mins she was upset that she was asked to report how many guests there would be and that she felt this was a lot of pressure. She felt her lack of communicating and being dishonest was our flaw:). She seemed to fell the extra fee for 2 more people was unfair yet that's in the house rules before she books are home. We figure due to her age she felt she could sneak more people in without paying for them to stay. If mary learns to be honest and take responsibility for her own actions she could greatly improve herself as a guest on AirB&B, but right now it's wrong to treat hosts this way. Needs Improvements for sure.
