Refundable damage deposit of £200 on booking, booker photo ID to be submitted on request. Fifth person on 'single' fold-out 'foam' sofa-bed (mattress on floor) in living area by prior arrangement and additional payment per night. If sofa bed required booking must be made for 5 persons, extra guest arrangement at owner's discretion.

Close to plenty of brilliant local amenities including Athur's Seat and the Meadows plus the University quarter, Queen's Hall, Festival Theatre, Surgeons Hall and National Museum of Scotland are all within a 5 minutes walk. Royal Mile 0.4m(645m), Princes Street 0.7m(1125m), Chemist and opticians directly across on main street.

Parking options: Meter parking nearby 8.30am-6.30pm Mon-Sat (£2.60 p/h max 4hrs), free directly adjoining apartment outside those times (single yellow line). NB don't park in meter bays on main street (Nicolson or Buccleuch) at all between 7.30 & 9.30am or 4.30 & 6.00pm, you'll get towed! You can also park for free outwith the zone (10-15min walk back after bag drop) in Marchhall Place , EH16 5HW (and beyond) though spaces are few or long stay nearby at NCP St. John's Hill £17 for 24 hrs
Buses to pretty well all areas from stop around the corner on main street / St. Patrick Sq.

Peak rate: Valentines/Easter/ Festivals/Christmas and New Year etc

It's all in the mix: Culture-museums and galleries nearby; Dining-good local eateries in the area; Pubs-good local bars (also traditional music epicentre) close by; Shopping -just about anything can be had locally or via short hop to City centre.

Walk to key central attractions or catch a bus from the stop around corner from apartment

The apartment is in the City centre so being at the focus of activity it can on occasion be noisy in the Street. I advise not to sleep with the bedroom windows open. If you are a light sleeper I suggest ear-plugs or a nightcap.

L'appartamento è molto carino, comodo e vicino al centro, dotato di wifi e doppia camera con doppi servizi. Gordon è un padrone di casa molto gentile discreto disponibile e risponde celermente alle mail. Davvero consigliato.

Accoglienza perfetta, casa bellissima, posto comodo e bel quartiere. L'unico difetto è che ho trovato un po' troppa polvere nei posti meno comuni come sotto il letto e nei comodini.

El apartamento está muy bien, además está céntrico. Los únicos puntos flojos que tiene es que el wifi no llega a las habitaciones, que una de las camas dobles es demasiado pequeña para dos personas y las mantas lo mismo y que una de las duchas es un poco indiscreta puesto que es transparente a la habitación. El apartamento está muy céntrico, es muy bonito , cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para alojarte. Lo recomendaría.

This apartment is very spacious for three people and looks just like the photos. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city, which was a very easy walk. Gordon was very helpful both before we checked-in and whilst we were there.

This flat with its clean stairway entrance, two large bedrooms, a large open plan living room / dining kitchen, and a central location, was a great base for a weekend in Edinburgh. The one downside was street noise in the bedrooms at night, which coming from leafy suburbs is not what we're used to. But would certainly recommend to others.
