I believe that in every business the guest is always right, so i treat all my guest with respect. But i respectfully must ask you not to write lies! I had 12 reviews before you and they all left a 5* on everything, and you have got the exact same service as te others did.
First of all, for the mattresses, i don't know why you write this lies when they are new and you are the first ever to have a complain about this. If you read all other comments you will see everyone had positive comment about beds.
And about the cleaning, i had 3h work to clean after you left the apartment. Bathroom was terrible, kitchen was disgusting!!!After you left there were another 2 bags of garbage to throw away.
Another thing, you moved around the furniture although in the house rules it clearly says not to do that. I had to write you several times to close the windows when using the air-condition , although that is also written in the house rules. So generally you disrespected most of the house rules, and i was generous to give you back the deposit which,after all this, i had 100% right to keep.
So instead of writing lies because you are angry at the friend from your group who "pushed" you to have a vacation in Dubrovnik ( i have a message to prove it), you should be grateful and also apologise for the way you left the apartment!
I gave you a recommendation on the Airbnb (that was a mistake!) but i kindly ask you not to book my apartment again. And advice for the future, reading apartment description and house rules might help you get a good place next time and a better recommendation.
