Our charming, updated 1910 Victorian is on desirable block within walking distance to Five Points. Beautiful hardwoods, updated kitchen, awesome backyard great for outside dining and or rest and relaxation. This listing is for one bedroom (with queen size bed) but there are two rooms upstairs if you are interested in both rooms there is a listing to book the entire upstairs, if you have trouble finding the listing please send us a note and we will forward you the link. With this one room listing you have a large sitting area and a full bath. There are two very friendly dogs (that will bark on your first visit but once they get to know you they will greet you with a tail wag and a smile) but they will be downstairs and completely out of your way as well. We also have 2 chickens (not roosters so they will not wake you up) as well as you will have the pleasure of meeting Herbert the Wonder Pig, he is friendly, gentle, kind and very loving, he mostly sleeps all day but if you want to rub his belly he would be delighted!! It's a regular urban farm at 1415 Forrest!!
