There was definitely a communication issue with these guests. We spoke to them directly several times, but had a difficult time understanding them. A plumber went to the house to check the shower they said didn't work (it had lower water flow). He cleaned the shower head to allow better water flow. This was done the same day it was reported (they told us they wouldn't be there, but to take care of the 'issue'). We provided towels for guests on ALL beds...a maximum of 6 as described on the website and all information emailed to the guests. We do NOT provide shampoo and other personal toiletries as noted in the email sent and on the website. We feel the language barrier was so great, they couldn't read the directions to the key drop (they also called twice and were given verbal instructions...the key drop is at our front door). The damages done to the home are totally unacceptable (hand-held shower head broken off and left laying in the tub, trash everywhere, including a sink full of dirty dishes). I believe these guests are accustomed to staying at a hotel-type facility, where they can leave a property in a shamble without worry of repercussions.
