Great condo with three bedrooms, fully equipped to provide you with a luxury home in the heart of Montreal. It is moments away from numerous and varied restaurants, shops, subway and Downtown Montreal. 140$ per night, 700$ per week, 2500$ per month.

L'alloggio

Great condo with three bedrooms near the Jean-Talon market. Its location is amazing. Parks, pools, libraries, grocery stores, pharmacies, all daily services are nearby, in a peaceful environment on a one way street lined with mature trees. Open space, soundproof, modern and extremely functional. Several recessed lights can control the brightness inside.
The kitchen is made of wood and very functional with lots of storage. It leads directly to the open area with counter space expanded. This condo has three bedrooms. The master bedroom opens onto a bathroom with heating floor.
Covered parking is less than 30 seconds walk. Located Boyer Street, you will have direct access to the largest bicycle north-south Montreal. Please note that access to the highway is also facilitated by the presence of large streets next to it. The metro Beaubien and Jean-Talon is a 5 minute walk.

A lovely, spacious, and well-maintained apartment, fully-furnished and (very importantly for winter visitors) nicely warm! With a great boulangerie only two minutes' walk away, grocery stores and the SAQ just a bit further, the Métro within easy walking distance, and the St. Hubert shopping arcade and Marché Jean Talon right down the street, Marysol's place is ideally situated. Street parking could be a challenge in the summer, but we were able to find a place for our car throughout our December stay. We would return here any time!

L'appartement est plus charmant encore que sur les images. Il est très propre et très fonctionnel. Le quartier est super commerçant (une boulangerie artisanale, des restaurants bio, un supermarché à proximité...) et on est à 10 mn à pieds d'un noeud de métro. C'est une très belle famille qui vit là, et leur gentillesse est confondante. Bref, une des meilleures adresses sur Montréal pour une famille ou des amis.

Marysol was easy to communicate with, quick with ideas and suggestions. Only a few blocks from marche Jean Talon, and close to HWY 40 in a leafy, bike-loving residential neighbourhood. This is a live-in unit as opposed to a dedicated rental unit, so odd spices and what not are available for use. This also means washer/dryer, dishwasher, big screen tv (no cable). However no parking during the day. A $53 ticket on the street was a hard lesson. A minute away is Belanger where you can street meter it. Overnight from 21h-9a.m is free. It's a well kept, attractive, and nicely appointed unit. A small balcony is a nice touch, though a view is lacking. Nice bamboo floors and Asian flourishes abound. The five of us were generally comfortable, though one of the beds was a twin (foam) on the floor. You will be hard pressed to find this value for 5. We don't like to hand out 5 stars, but given the value and the lack of limitations (except for parking)...this is a 4.5 merci Marysol

Un appartement spacieux, très confortable et très bien situé. Des hôtes gentils, disponibles et très arrangeants! Un lieu parfait pour découvrir Montréal!

Nous sommes une famille, avec deux enfants de 6 et 10 ans. Nous sommes chaleureux et accueillants. Nous aimons la nature, quoique nous vivions en plein centre de Montréal. Nous sommes prêts à échanger notre grand sept pièces près du Marché Jean-Talon pour un chalet d'été, un mois à l'été 2014.
