Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I am disappointed that you didn't mention anything during your stay. I mentioned several times that I live close by and I'm available to look into any issues you had. I would have happily taken care of any issues with the hot tub. I am constantly reinvesting in the house. I just purchased two brand-new zero-gravity chairs for the backyard which you guys enjoyed. The sun is relentless and often new furniture will start to rust within weeks. We have a lot of furniture in the backyard so everyone has choices. It would be very expensive to keep all brand-new furniture all the time and we don't advertise it as such either. We rotate pieces as needed. The couch, for example, is not new but it is a very expensive, very comfortable couch that's why it's still there.
If you had any issues with the wifi that could have been fixed with a click for me. You never mentioned anything when we spoke on the phone or when I saw you in person. I think unfortunately for you the weather wasn't great and you felt that you didn't get your money's worth. I wished I could have done something about that. This house provides incredible value and I think the overwhelming positive reviews can attest to that. It's illogical for a guest to wait till the end of their stay to leave a negative review when most of the issues could have been solved right away with a text or a call.
