Prepare to be pampered at The Blenheim Place Residence. Featured in the Sunday Times, The Blenheim Place Residence is an overture of opulence and elegance, designed to the highest quality, with no expense spared on the finish and furnishings. This two bedroom, main door property seemlessly mixes traditional charm with modern day luxury, and boasts an enviable location in the city centre.

Enter and be greeted by beautiful polished flagstone flooring and sea grass wallpaper in the entrance hall, complimented by your choice of music playing through the Sonos system. Move through to the large lounge, decorated in calming neutral tones perfectly complimenting the glorious Georgian double windows and their leafy outlook. Comfy sofas and designer armchairs await, ready to help you relax after a long journey or busy day of exploring. TV and WiFi are, of course, on hand to offer light entertainment.

The slick, German design kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to rustle up your own culinary treats, including an instant hot tap, induction hob and dishwasher. The breakfast bar is perfect for catching up over a coffee or planning your adventure for the day, and when it’s time for some heartier dining there’s a large dining table in the living room.

The Master king bedroom is very generously proportioned and bathed in light, and the second bedroom is equally as splendid and features a double bed. A sofa bed within the master bedroom accommodates a 5th guest. The family bathroom is the epitome of luxury with contemporary, free standing bath, dual sinks and enormous walk in shower.

Forming part of William Playfair’s contribution to Edinburgh’s magnificent New Town, The Blenheim Residence’s location is simply fantastic. Broughton Street and the top of Leith Walk are a short stroll from the apartment, both lined with independent eateries, cafes and bars – perfect for popping out for an artisan coffee and fresh pastry to enjoy back at home. If you fancy going further afield, Waverley train station is half a mile away, and the nearest tram stop (taking you to the airport) is a five minute walk.

The traditional lures of Edinburgh Castle and the medieval Old Town are within one mile, and those in town for a spot of indulgence will be delighted to hear that designer handbag and cocktail heaven George Street and Multrees Walk are just a ten minute walk away. Culture Vultures are just as accommodated for, with Edinburgh Playhouse quite literally around the corner, two Scottish National Galleries less than a mile away and almost all venues of the various Edinburgh Festivals reached within a 10-20 minutes walk.

Please note that all apartments are strictly non-smoking, and we do not accept hen/stag/party groups.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and arrivals after 11pm will incur a fee of £40. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
