Thank you for your "review". Please note that Sachi IS a host, as he is our business partner hence the name "Sachi Ayni" guesthouse. As you can note we are a "guesthouse" which does not obligate all business partners/ hosts to live on the property. I am glad you enjoyed Sachi's "hosting" because he is a very kind and caring soul. We did not "kick" anyone out but made a nice attempt to accommodate you both. The other person had reserved only 2 nights and had not communicated further stay when I received your booking. Regarding extended stay rates, it was hard for me to offer you the price you were insisting on, which was less than half of the published price for a weekly rate. We do have limits that need to be respected. We made the utmost attempt to make sure you were content and agree on a rate that was comfortable for both parties. I do not appreciate such haggling, but rather respect and appreciation for the services given. We are all making a great effort to accommodate our guests as this is a new business for us. I wish you luck in your airbnb world and hope that you learn to respect your future hosts for the prices they post. If this was too far above your budget, future consideration should be taken when making reservations.
