L'alloggio

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse features a wood-burning fireplace, and is only two blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen.

Unit amenities include a washer/dryer, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom and private balcony with views of Aspen Mountain.

The main guest bedroom (king bed) has an en suite bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking the pool area and Red Mountain.

The second guest room has twin beds. Complex amenities at the Alpenblick include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free Aspen airport transfers; on-site free parking; ski lockers; and free Wi-Fi.

The Alpenblick is located only two blocks from the Rubey Park bus station, with free access to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass.

All Frias Properties of Aspen guests receive complimentary passes to the Aspen Club & Spa, the valley’s premier full-service spa and workout facility.

(Passes to the Aspen Club & Spa can be obtained from any Frias front desk during regular business hours.)

FRIAS PROPERTIES OF ASPEN POLICIES

Airport Transportation: Colorado Mountain Express (CME) has been contracted as the provider of complimentary Aspen Airport transfers for Frias Properties guests. Reservations must be booked a minimum of 24 hours prior to travel.

1. Frias Properties Guests can pre-schedule Aspen airport service with CME by calling CME directly at or any day of the year. You must reference the rental property and code "FPROP". Advance reservations will ensure a private white van Aspen Airport transfer.

2. Aspen airport transportation can also be pre-scheduled via our office by calling our front desk staff at hour pre-book applicable to ensure private white van for your Aspen Airport transfer.

3. Upon arrival at Aspen Airport go to the CME counter located at the Aspen airport baggage claim. You may reference the "FPROP" code at that time to secure transportation into Aspen, recommended 24 hour pre-book will expedite your transfer. 'Walk up' transfers are accommodated with the next available white van which may or may not be private. Colorado Mountain Express Aspen Airport counter will be open and serving all flights Novemb - April 17, 2015, June 17 - June 22, 2015 and July 3 - July 5, 2015. Travel outside of these dates require minimum 24 hour pre-book.

Late Check-In Information: Should you arrive after hours (please contact the front desk for current season hours during your stay), please use the courtesy phone located next to the front office door. This phone will ring directly to your night service, who will then meet you at the office.

Condominium Disclosure: Frias Properties of Aspen is a rental agent for condominiums and hotels that are independently owned. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered, we must reserve the right to change condominiums up to and including day of arrival.

Showings: We reserve the right to show any unit for rental or sale on a 24-hour notice from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. We will make every effort to contact the guest and arrange the showing with them.

Pets: House pets are not permitted in our condominiums. No exceptions. If a pet is found occupying a condominium or home that has not been pre-approved, the guest will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Certain homes will consider pets with approval and security deposit. Inquire for details.

Smoking: All properties are 100% non-smoking.

1. Deposit Payment: 50% of the total, including tax and service fee due within 10 days after the initial request for reservation. If reservation is reserved within the final payment due time period, full payment will be required.

2. Final Payment: Remaining 50% of lodging including tax and service fee is due;
30 days prior to the arrival for all short term rentals for time periods other than Christmas and New Year's rentals
October 15 of current year for Christmas and New Year's rentals
120 Days prior to arrival for all reservations 30 days or longer

3. Cancellation Policy: 90% of gross lodging will be refunded if notice of cancellation is more than;
30 days prior to the arrival for all short term rentals for time periods other than Christmas and New Year's rentals
October 15 of current year for Christmas and New Year's rentals
120 Days prior to arrival for all reservations 30 days or longer

Full forfeiture of entire amount of reservation will apply if reservation is cancelled within;
30 days prior to the arrival for all short term rentals for time periods other than Christmas and New Year's rentals

120 Days prior to arrival for all reservations 30 days or longer

If cancelled property is re-rented during the cancelled time period, refund will be made for the amount re-rented.

4. Taxes: Taxes and service fees are not included in the quoted nightly rates.
