This simply amazing, as new, two storey large and spacious 3-bedroom apartment, situated on Levels 20 and 21 in the chic Mondriane residential complex. Be spoilt by the sensational views, from the city skyline across to the deep blue of the Bay.

Downstairs features a gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area, adjoining the balcony. A stylish central bathroom and 3rd bedroom is also on this level.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with laundry. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board. Here also there is a full bathroom with large shower room, toilet and vanity.

The master bedroom, with built in robes, also offers stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, whilst the second bedroom has its own private balcony also capturing amazing city views.

Features reverse cycle air conditioning, marble bench tops, security entrance, 50 inch TV. The indoor swimming pool and gymnasium is located on the 25th floor and the views from the pool have to be seen to be believed! Amazing.......

BED ARRANGEMENT:
The two bedrooms upstairs each has king sized beds (each can be split into two king-single beds on request), the smaller 3rd bedroom downstairs has a bunk-bed with double bed at the base and a single bed on the top (to sleep three) and the lounge room has two double sized pull-out sofabed (to sleep four). The apartment is listed for 6 people stay, but it can accommodate upto 11 people. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 6.

Excellent location, very easy to deal with. Host meet us on site at 1am to deliver keys and the place is fantastic!

The Airbnb listing looked exactly the same as the photos. The apartment was very clean and housed the 6 of us very comfortably. The location was convenient and the host was very helpful with quick responses.

Good location, checkin wasn't too difficult and checkout was easy too (just leave keys on table and go!). Cedric was fast to respond when we didn't know where the amenities were. Thank you for hosting us. We were looking for a 3BD place to stay behind after a conference in Melb and only really slept there, we have a list of improvements and suggestions, provided privately to the owner to address. No huge issues, but for the price we paid - we would have expected these to be addressed, as they were obvious upon arrival. There is construction going on next door (building new apartments), some of my colleagues complained about the noise as they could not sleep since the construction noise is also on weekends as well. Overall the building is visibly aging and it shows. The two separate individual bathrooms were very useful (instead of having just one bathroom, and one ensuite), both bathrooms were easily accessible for all of us. The iron came in very handy, also the kitchen and fridge were great for relaxing. The PS3 was a pleasant surprise but I'd highly recommend bringing your own HDMI cable if you intend to have a gaming session. It took us forever to figure out how to use the TV and AV selector, in the end we gave up and went out instead. We did enjoy our time in Melb and most people could sleep comfortably, but I'd highly recommend to look around elsewhere as there is plenty on the market and some colleagues stayed at 200 Spencer which was much more modern and luxurious than this, and was closer to the station, and an easier walk to the Crown complex too. We would not stay here again, due to the competition available in Melbourne.

We had a real great time in Ancor on Spencer apartment ! it is very well located in the city, close to many places to visit in Melbourne. We did feel like at home ! The apartment is comfortable and spacious enough, as described. Thanks to the team for their welcome and availability. Highly recommended as a nice play to stay !

Enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights with my friends, found that the location was extremely convenient for us, very close to public transport and shopping centres (southern cross station,Coles, dfo and food court) literally across the road from the apartment. Our host was kind and helpful, wifi was a plus and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed. Overall i had a really Great experience and would stay here again.
