Thank you for your input, Mary. Let me clarify some points. I never advertise on my listing that I provide TV channels so there is really no grounds for you to complain about it. Netflix has thousands of great movies, TV shows and channels to watch. You do not need to be Netflix subscriber to watch my TV as I provide my Netflix subscription and I never had anyone else complaining about this. It could be that someone has logged out of the account in which case you should have informed me and I would have immediately provided you with the username and password.
As I told you, the heating is controlled from the upper unit. There were other guests staying there, and you could easily go knock on their door and ask them to turn the heating up. Or at least you could have let me know that you were cold and I would've called the upper unit tenants. Regarding locking yourself out of the unit is so obvious that it was a negligence on your end. As you are aware, many locks in North America lock behind you for security reasons, it is the same in every hotel you go to, so it is actually quite unfair to rate my unit with 3 stars only but I am sure that my future guests will read all reviews.
