My 1880s railroad-worker house has been transformed into a one bedroom retreat with a fun 'stay-at-home' atmosphere and a super easy 'out-on-the-town' location. It has perfect access to downtown, campuses, the convention center and all the arts!

The house is well loved and hand-made. Buckets of creative hours put in by family and friends makes for a space that feels good.

Leave it just a little dirtier than you found it.
For my neighbors... when using the back deck keep to normal conversational volume and be extra quiet after 10pm. Thanks!

Nicole and Rebecca were extremely attentive to me throughout my entire trip! The place itself is decorated well and is super homey. It also had just enough kitchen amenities, so I didn't have to spend much money on extra food or utensils to cook. I used uber to get around everywhere, and it was no more than a 5-minute ride to an attraction downtown. It was a great trip, and staying here made it even better.

Fun little house! Good neighborhood, on street parking but no problem finding a spot. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of natural light and not a lot of window coverings (no privacy issues), so if you like to sleep in, bring an eye mask. Would stay again!

We spent a really lovely couple of nights in Nicole's place, using it as a home base from which to explore Denver. The neighborhood felt more remote than expected (coming from New York we weren't used to empty streets and the occasional staring neighbor), but we were able to rent B-Cycle bikes nearby and go to all of the spots we wanted. The home itself was so well curated and stocked, and just felt very nice to come back to at the end of the day. Great spot.

Great location for downtown access, walking distance to Convention Center and interesting restaurants like Domo, but tough neighborhood and significant surrounding homeless populations, so walking home alone from dinner through Lincoln Park neighborhood had me a bit uncomfortable. Cool place with quirky style and all creature comforts, including breakfast bites and coffee. Only air conditioning in bedroom made for sweaty days, but if was an unusually hot week when I was there so that may not be a problem usually. Parking permit and space easy to find, and saved some cash as hassle avoiding downtown traffic since I could walk everywhere. Overall, recommended, but be safe at night if traveling solo.

We LOVED our stay in this cute little home in Denver! The home was immaculate, well stocked & equipped with lots of helpful extras. We were within walking distance to most areas we wanted to go, but Uber was readily available when we didn't want to walk (or use the bikes that were kindly at our disposal). The neighborhood felt safe as well. We really appreciated all the little touches that were included - comfy blankets if we really wanted to crank the AC, cute little notes telling us to help ourselves to kitchen goods, etc. Communication was a breeze and encouraged if we had any questions. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone heading into Denver!

The home is very cozy and comfortable with a lot of detail in design to look at. I definitely recommend the Wee House. We enjoyed our stay very much.
