Thank you for your stay and your feedback, it is very helpful for us to know the areas we need to improve upon. With regard to the issues you encountered with the Wifi, this was totally out of our control in the sense that BT had a fault in their system which meant that the wifi stopped without us knowing. We tried hard resolve the issue as quickly as possible and our upmost apologies for the issue. We had tried to contact you to confirm whether the wifi was back on and there was radio science to which did not help us in resolving the issue. We had also explained about the adaptors and why it is difficult to keep them in the property when multiple guests stay (alike the issue of our now missing memorial plate!) I am sorry that you did not enjoy your time at the apartment as much as you should but I do hope you enjoyed your time in London nevertheless.
