First we want to address the fact you didn't like us as host and you're in your fully right to have opinion but it should be accurate with your complaints. We have gone through the number of occasion you needed anything from us and it has been plenty during the almost 6 months you stayed at the apartment, which is also normal for such a long stay. But our remark is that we never failed to get back in more than an hour during this time, no matter what time or day you texted us.
Wrong address in the posting; Yes, there was a different address in the begining of the construction of this building so we posted with this address, then for some reason the constructor or administration of the building changed it and due to the fact it's difficult to change an address here on airbnb we stayed with the original one on posting because the only way to change it is to redo the whole publishing with pictures, text, calendar etc all over again.
WIFI issue: Unfortunately we have to rely on the internet provider to get stable internet and the 4 times you texted us about this we contacted them to get a technician there to check the internet, they finally sent one and he didn't found any issue with the internet. The solution is not secured by replacing the modem and they will not do this either unless they find an issue related to this.
The internet speed is 10MB on the contract and the provider are responsible to provide this speed when you measure it by cable. So for wireless they can't promise the same speed and this goes for all internet providers in Colombia. They are fortunately continuously improving the network and slowly it's getting more and more stable.
The frequent outages happened twice during 6 months, first time it was a power cut in the whole area and the power was out for 12 hours in the whole Envigado. This is of course hard to predicted and we did the best we could by communicating with the building administration and the tenants repeatedly during this time until it was solved. Second time was an evening in a weekday starting 11PM to 3AM when the whole city was doing maintenance of the water cisterns and the building administration notified us a day before so we contacted the tenants immediately when we received this information.
And as everybody can see above the guests were satisfied with the apartment that's brand new and very modern.
