Situated at the north end of Invercargill you will be 20 minutes from beautiful Riverton, 25 Minutes from Bluff. Walking distance to a supermarket and beautiful parks. We have a large rear section with vegetable gardens, fruit trees, deck, spa and even a fish filleting table for the fisherman. Well heated, modern and warm interior. While the listing shows 2 bedrooms we only let out one at a time. You may however be in either one of the rooms shown.

Guests have access to two living areas, kitchen, dining, large sunny deck with spa (turned off during colder months) and outdoor furniture. Large section with vegetable gardens, fruit trees and flower gardens. Nice outlook.

Usually guests have a private bathroom. However at some points throughout the year our daughter returns from uni. During this time you will be sharing the bathroom.

Our place is within walking distance to a super market, petrol station, beautiful parks (Donovan Park and Anderson’s Park). Ten minutes drive to city centre and the airport. 20 minutes drive to both Riverton and Bluff.
