Home away from home for business or leisure!

Upon booking of the property referenced above the responsible party and their guests agree to the terms contained in the agreement.

Terms of this agreement:
1.The owner has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately with no refund. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the check-out date and time of this agreement.
2.Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am unless otherwise given written consent from the owner.
3.The tenant and their guests agree to treat the home and its contents in a lawful manner and with the utmost respect. They agree to report any damage to owner immediately. Tenants are liable for damages above the normal wear and tear.
4.There is to be no smoking on the property. This includes the entire property both inside and outside the home.
5.There are to be no animals or pets on the property. This includes both inside the home and outside.
6.The number of people staying at the property may not exceed the number of people agreed upon at time of booking.
7. You must be 25 or older to book this property.
8.The maximum number of visitors to include the people staying at the property may not exceed 8. If tenants would like to invite additional visitors they must have prior permission from the owner.
9.There is to be no disturbance of neighbors by noise or otherwise. Neighbor complaints jeopardize the rental license of the owner. Neighbor complaints are grounds for immediate eviction.
10.Doors and windows must be closed when the air conditioner or heat is running.
11.Tenants do not have access to the owners locked storage building and mailbox.
12.Every effort will be made to have all amenities in perfect working order for your stay but tenants are to be aware that high speed wireless internet, TV, DVR and the washer/dryer are all provided as an added convenience. The owner is not liable for unexpected outages and outages are not grounds for a refund on rent.
13.Tenants shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, etc. of the home and/or their vehicle at the home when it is prudent to do so.
14.Tenants acknowledge and agree that this agreement is for transient occupancy of the property and they do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
15.Tenants and guests of tenants shall herby indemnify and hold harmless the owner/landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of the tenants and the tenant should purchase their own insurance for tenants and guests if such coverage is desired.
16.Guests agree that all trash must fit in the provided dumpster. If guests have extra bags please contact owner for pickup. City does not accept extra bags outside the dumpster.
17.Guests agree to park in the driveway or on the side street. Please do not park in front of the neighbor’s property.
