Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you felt that way. Unfortunately you haven’t contacted us with any of your concerns, except the fan request, therefore we couldn’t help you.
We have hot water running without any interruptions, the water temperature has to be set directly on the shower, we would have explained that.
As for the sheer curtains we are currently waiting for the darken ones. We would have provided you with sleeping eye masks as a temporary solution.
We checked the bed before your arrival and everything was fine. If there was an issue with it we have a handy man on side who could have fixed it and helped you.
As for the fans, as I told you, we never had a situation where guests requested one. We simply didn’t have them, if we had we would be more than happy to provided them. We took your feedback and ordered fans for the future.
We were really surprised and sad with this review and strongly feel that if you contacted us we could have solve most of your issues immediately making your stay pleasant and more enjoyable. We are always happy to help and trying to make guests stay as nice as possible. So far we had only great reviews ( 30 five stars) and we have superhost status, which proves that we take great care of our guests. This is our only bad review and we feel that it could have been easily avoided if the communication was there. We are always there to assist you.
