Capitol Court Midtown Lodge is an entire private house with a big fenced-in yard. It's surrounded by some of Austin's best restaurants and shops, just minutes from downtown, and a taco's throw to all major transit and bike routes. It's literally quesadilla'd between Austin's two best breakfast taco joints!
Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept living / dining area. The comfy queen beds are made with plush organic sheets. We clean with non-toxic products and the house was painted with NO-VOC paint. In the fully-equipped kitchen you'll find a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. The lovely living room has AppleTV with free Netflix. Super-fast and secure WIFI is available throughout the house. The sparkling new bathroom features a retro tiled walk-in shower. And the stackable washer/dryer in the master bedroom make long trips a lot easier.
Basically, Capitol Court is a quaint little homestead where you can live well and enjoy all Austin has to offer!
We're typically on hand to get you checked in, or if you like, you can let your self in via a combination lockbox. The house has large fenced front and back yards with furnished seating areas. For ultimate seclusion, you can even close the cool ranch-style front gates, enclosing the entire property and parking area. George W doesn't even have a setup this nice.

The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Parties and events involving invited guests not prearranged with Owners are strictly prohibited. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. In the event of an emergency, owners may cancel a reservation at their discretion prior to check-in. Payments for reservations canceled by Owners will be refunded in full.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. No pets are allowed. Guests agree not to disturb nearby residents after hours or cause excessive noise after 10pm. Guests agree to return the key and leave the property in the same condition as when rented, save from the reasonable distress that comes from use.
Any damage large or small must be reported to owners prior to checkout. If something breaks, please notify us before replacing it.
Prior to checkout, guests should wipe any water from countertops and sinks, hang wet towels, and take trash/recycling to the bins outside. If extra cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
