We had a lovely stay with Joyce and enjoyed our conversations with her over breakfast. Her house is absolutely beautiful and was nice and cool during our stay even though the temperatures were high outside. The space is immaculate. We walked into downtown one day (about 45 min) and found the river walk charming. We highly recommend this listing and would love to stay here again on a future trip!
We absolutely loved our experience at Joyce's lovely adobe abode! Situated just steps from the meandering Santa Fe river path that leads to downtown, it was quiet and serene. The house is a delightful and comfortable place in which to spend time. We especially loved the amazing patio/garden which provided such peace and inspiration. Joyce was very kind, welcoming and helpful and provided us with a healthy, organic continental breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend Joyce's lovely house to anyone visiting Santa Fe.
The host canceled this reservation 25 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
We were made to feel welcome and at home immediately and our vacation experience was comfortable, relaxing and delightful because of our charming host whose artful home and yard are perfect for a visit to Santa Fe. We very much enjoyed breakfast, the patio, and walking along the nearby river.

Everything about the description of Joyce's place is accurate; it is a wonderful home base for a stay in Santa Fe. It's a moderate 40 minute walk to downtown on the scenic river trail, and a car, bike or quick Uber ride can fill in other transportation needs. We really enjoyed starting our day chatting with Joyce at the sun-filled dining table over coffee and continental breakfast. Great airbnb experience!
Joyce's house has great energy, lots of sunlight, plants, beautiful garden, a nice walk along the Alameda river to the Plaza. On top of that, Joyce is an intelligent individual to talk to, very hospitable, and make you organize continental breakfast every morning! We hope to come to stay at her house again if we return to Santa Fe!
My fiancé and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Joyce's home in Santa Fe. Joyce is an excellent host. Her home is lovely and very comfortable. We felt really welcomed. The neighborhood is also very conveniently located. We would, and will, recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thanks Joyce! We hope to come stay again soon!
