We loved staying in Joyce's charming house! Joyce makes delicious breakfasts and is great to talk to with lots of local insights. She made us feel really welcome and had great travel tips. Highly recommend staying with Joyce. She's very considerate and the perfect host.
You should be so lucky to stay with Joyce. She is the kindest, most thoughtful, and gracious hostess. I felt cared for and looked after as if by a family member. My stay was unusual as it was long (almost two weeks) and I was looking to move to Santa Fe and pursue my art career. So my needs were more extensive than just a tourist. Joyce extended herself to my special needs without question. I would recommend her unconditionally.
We loved staying at Joyce,s lovely home.We didn't,t want to leave. We learned so much from (website hidden) snowed when we were there and she loaned me her boots .Who can beat that.Loved her breakfast and our talks. We can,t wait to come back to Santa Fe and our next stay with Joyce. Her home is wonderful. Its warm sunny and bright with very comfortable bed and (email hidden)n,t hesitate about staying here.
Santa Fe was my third stop in my cross country road trip and I was so happy to arrive at Joyce's house. The house is charming and comfortable, and Joyce was welcoming, kind and also sensitive to my privacy. Even though I was staying at her home while she was there, I felt that she really respected my space, but was also available for anything if I needed it. In the morning, she made tea and toast with fruit each morning and we had a lovely conversation over breakfast. She's a very insightful person and we it was just the perfect place for me to be for a few days. Thank you, Joyce.
We spent four nights with Joyce last week and were extremely pleased with our experience. Joyce is interesting, interested in her guests, and a gracious guide to all Santa Fe has to offer. Her home is a perfect example of what you probably are going to Santa Fe to see, and there's no better way to experience it than to stay with a local who obviously loves the culture. Spend some time over breakfast chatting with Joyce about her interesting life, and then take her recommendations about how to spend your time. We'll definitely stay with her when we return to Santa Fe.
For what it's worth, we were apprehensive about staying with someone we'd never met. I know it's common elsewhere, but not for us. We had no reason to worry, though. Joyce opened her home to us and took a genuine interest in us. We'll try AirBnB again because we had a positive experience in Santa Fe.
When her daughter stopped by, she even brought us pastries from a popular French bakery. Can't beat that!!!
Our stay at Joyce's far exceeded our expectations. The bed & pillows were very comfortable an essential plus and Joyce's home is beautiful, bright, lovely as Santa Fe itself and filled with her warm kind and friendly spirit. We only stayed 2 nights but felt like we were leaving a good friend's home when you wish you could stay longer!
Thank you Joyce!

Joyce was a great host--she has a beautiful host and a nice set up for airbnb guests with a private room, bathroom and parking spot set aside. Joyce also makes some great pancakes and has a very nice home, we would definite recommend!
Joyce's house is exactly what I was expecting from Santa Fe. A delicious home, New-mexican style!
And how great was the walk to the plaza, you can just follow the river and in 40 minutes you'll be there.
We'll definitely get back here next time we visit Santa Fe!
My stay with Joyce was very pleasant. Her house is lovely and I felt very comfortable and welcome. She provided a light breakfast & indulged my need for additional cups of tea. Joyce helped me find out a few things I needed for Santa Fe which were very helpful. While I was very happy to walk to the plaza from Joyce's house, it is a bit of a walk if you're not a walker and there didn't seem to be any bus stops close by.
Joyce was a very kind and welcoming host. We loved staying in her beautiful home - it's well decorated, bright, and inviting. The room itself was clean and eclectic. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the garden and running on the river path behind her street (though beware the altitude difference!). I would definitely recommend staying here!
