The Master bedroom includes a King Bed, Walk in robe and Ensuite.
Bedroom 2 includes 2 king single beds, or an extra large King Bed.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with the option of an additional mattress on the floor.

There is a main very large central bathroom including bath, shower and 2 vanity units. The master bedroom ensuite has an additional shower, toilet and vanity.
An open plan kitchen, dining and living area can be opened by 6 bifold doors onto a large backyard with a decked area, dining area with chiminea and BBQ, and children's play area including sandpit, swing and trampoline.
There is a laundry including a washing machine and dryer from which you can access an outdoor clothes line.
The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel smeg appliances including dishwasher and microwave.
We have a flat screen TV, DVD player and numerous children's books and toys including trikes/bikes/skateboards etc. We also have many adult games.
Our home is heated via ducted heating in the front section and a split system heating and air-conditioning in the open plan living area.
We offer free wireless internet and free street parking at the front of our property.
Westgarth is an exclusive area within Northcote, an inner city suburb 6km from the CBD. Our house is placed in the centre of 4 shopping strips. We are a 10 minute walk to the shopping strips of High street Westgarth and Station st Fairfield and a 15 minute walk to Queens parade Clifton hill and High st Northcote. In all of these shopping strips you will find beautiful cafes, bars and restaurants as well as clothing and homeware stores. The shopping strips display an eclectic mix of modern and vintage décor and fashion. We are less than a 5 minute walk to Dennis train station which takes you into the city in 15 minutes. There are 4 adventure playgrounds within a close walk from our home. The closest also has a brand new basketball court. Food shopping is within walking distance and there is a handy milk bar 10m from our home which sells basic food items.
An information document including access details is sent to guests 2 weeks prior to their stay.

Guests are provided with independent access to the property. Whilst I am always available via phone to answer questions, I rarely meet my guests.
Pets are allowed if they remain outside. No pets inside the property. No smoking inside the property.
My childhood was spent on a dairy farm in country Victoria. I moved to Melbourne to attend University, where I studied Physiotherapy. I currently work as a Paediatric Physiotherapist.
I love travelling and in particular experiencing different cultures, foods, and expression of interior design. My husband and I have lived in London for 5 years and have travelled extensively throughout Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. We have 3 young children and completely understand the complexities of travelling as a family.
