Our centrally located 2 bedroom unit is part of a family owned and occupied 4-plex with a peaceful patio and views of the nearby hills.
Longer-term renters are welcome and weekly & monthly discounts are offered.
By accepting the access code to this rental unit you are agreeing to the house rules and confirm that the unit is suitable for your stay. (When booking please send us the secret code found in these house rules to ensure your booking request is quickly approved) All adults must sign a printed copy of the house rules and occupancy agreement within 24 hours of check-in.
Arrival/Check-In is between 4pm and 9pm. Please schedule your flights and travel plans accordingly. We meet all guests to personally provide access to the apartment, to obtain the signature of all adult guests on a printed copy of our house rules, and to confirm that the apartment is acceptable.
Check-out time is 11:00 am firm and all check-out tasks must be completed and the unit vacant by that time. If you book a late flight home and want to stay in the unit longer you MUST book an additional night since we have cleaning scheduled to begin the day you check out so we can prepare for our next guests.
Absolutely No smoking anywhere on the property. As per San Jose Municipal Code smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor common areas of apartment communities.
To support the safety of our neighborhood, residents, and guests, our property is equipped with video surveillance cameras on the external public areas of our building.
Strict Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be sensitive to your downstairs neighbor.
No open flame of any kind.
No partying and no drugs.
Pets are never allowed.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS.
OFF-STREET PARKING FOR 1 CAR ONLY is generally available but is not guaranteed.
This apartment is on the 2nd story, up a flight of stairs.
The unit has a "whole-house fan" and portable fans. There is no AC.
Please remove shoes in the house (shoe covers are provided if needed).
While we have happily hosted families with children this apartment could be stressful for parents as it has not been "child proofed"
The apartment is in good condition, and we'd like to keep it looking that way. You are expected to perform basic cleaning upon check-out and to leave the kitchen and bathroom in the same condition as upon check-in.
Items charged against the security deposit include, but are not limited to: excessive cleaning fees due to spills, stains, lingering odors, any evidence of smoking, damage to walls, floors, floor coverings, windows, window coverings, doors; broken, torn, stained or lost items that require repair or replacement.
