5 minute walk to the beach! Half a block away from a newly opened International Market Place with high end shops and eateries! Steps to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and attractions. From the roof top you can enjoy Friday night fireworks from Hilton Hawaiian Village and the panoramic 360 degree view of Honolulu city, Waikiki, Diamond Head and, of course, the ever gorgeous OCEAN VIEW!

Regular nightly rate starts at $109/nt+13.96% HI lodging tax (depending on season and holidays) for up to 4 people occupancy and $10/nt for additional person.
All Hawaii taxes and cleaning fee is included in the Airbnb calculation for the total rental amount
Min required stay for all advanced reservations is 7 nights.
Parking is available in building garage at $10/day

One time departure cleaning fee and refundable $400 refundable security deposit applies to all reservations. We also require all our guests to complete a rental agreement between the owners and renters.

We own 2 identically set up condos in the same building that we rent interchangeably and your reservation might be for either one of them depending on the rental schedules and etc.

Detailed Condo Rules and Check-in and out instructions will be provided to guests prior to their arrival.

Short version of what to expect is below:
1.Please read the 444 Nahua st Building Rules document and adhere to all the rules. Any building violations and subsequent fines will be passed on to you.
2.Quiet time will be maintained between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am daily except for Fridays, Saturdays and nights that precede Holidays when the quiet hours will begin at 12:00 am midnight.
3. Please, do not feed the birds on the lanai.
4. Should you lose or damage security fob and/or apartment key, please notify the host immediately. The cost to replace them is $150 each and will be deducted from your security deposit.
5. If you feel the need to move any furniture items around for your convenience you
are welcome to do so, provided all items are returned to their original locations before your check out.
6. Owners lock down closet is off-limits to the guests(URL HIDDEN)7. Trash disposal: trash chutes are located at the end of hallway on each floor . Please help us keep the condo clean and pest free and do your part to prevent bad smells and bugs by following those simple rules:
a.Bag all trash and DO NOT leave the food items open on the counter or inside the kitchen cabinets.
b.Take out garbage daily and always prior to your check out.

8. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink – wash them before your check-out (dish washing is not included in the cleaning services).
10. Pls take all open perishables out of the fridge and dispose of them before your check out
11. If you have any items for re-cycling, the bin is located on the ground floor of the garage.
12. Before your check out put the soiled linens and bath/beach towels in a pile in one designated place.
13. The departure cleaning fee covers up to 3.5 hours of work and regular cleaning is to be expected. Excessive cleaning beyond that will result in additional charges.

Here are some of the items that require your attention during cleaning/inventory and take up a significant amount of time, so we would recommend that you address them ahead of time:

Depending on the length of your stay and use of kitchen/towels/linens, etc. some of the items below might not be applicable
- clean pots and pans, especially the bottoms on the outside; cups and mugs on the inside
- any broken kitchen wares need to be replaced to avoid deductions for replacing those items
- clean the stove top, oven inside if gets burned
- coffee maker or any other small kitchen appliances need to be washed
- wash all the dishes you used
- take all personal items that you are not taking with you to dispose in the trash bin.
- Remove mold in the shower if you notice it there
- if there any other items in the condo that you feel need to be taken care of pls feel free to do it

Please treat our property the way you’d like us to treat your own home.
14.This whole facility has very strict NON-smoking rules that we intend to enforce.
Smoking in the building and inside the condo is against the State Law and will result in Association fines and forfeit of your security deposit. Please use the smoking areas 25 feet away from the building
12.Check out policy is 11:00 am unless specified otherwise in the contract.

Posizione perfetta, vicina alla spiaggia e alla via principale di Waikiki. L'appartamento e' molto carino, anche se forse e' un po' piccolo per 5 persone. Il terrazzo e' molto carino: abbiamo apprezzato la possibilita' di usare il barbecue e di nuotare nella piscina con una vista cosi' bella. Inna e' stata gentilissima, ha risposto sempre con tempestivita' a tutte le nostre richieste, e ci ha fatto davvero sentire i benvenuti nel suo appartamento.

Inna's place is a great place to stay in Waikiki. Amazing location for shopping and just 2 blocks from the beach. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the size of the condo. It's a little small for a family of five. But a great place and value for the location! Inna replied promptly to my emails while at the condo. Check in and out was extremely easy, and the parking garage is an excellent feature. Wifi was a great connection as well. Would probably not stay again simply because it wasn't big enough for our family of five. However, if you are less than five, and looking for a great location, Inna's condo would be perfect.

Adam, thank you for providing your feedback. I'd like to note that the condo you stayed in this time is a 1br 1ba and is of typical size for Waikiki area. If you'd like more space for your family we'd be happy to offer you our 2br 1ba unit in the same building that has 740SF of usable living space. Pls feel free to contact us again for your housing needs should you decide to return to Waikiki in the future.

Inna was very informative prior to our arrival, was able to answer my questions during our stay and after even our departure. Her condo had plenty of room for us, and had everything we needed. The location was definitely the highlight of our stay as we were able to walk most of our days. I would highly recommend Inna's condo to anyone visiting the Waikiki area.

We received an email from Inna asking if everything was ok, the remote for the tv she stated was new and she arranged for someone to come and fix it, the place was as described and catered to our needs, it was clean and comfortable.

Inna is managing the condo overseas and she is very responsiveness, reliable and helpful to organize in advance very "correctly" our stay in Honolulu. You won't meet her directly, she has an agent, who is taking care of this condo. The condo is located very central and close to Waikiki. Very perfect to go shopping, beaching and to enjoy the great food restaurants and bars. But therefore the condo is quite noisy because of the traffic and for 4 people to small! Just one proper bed(room) and the other 2 people have to sleep on an "American standard" couch, which is absolutely uncomfortable! The condo wasn't properly cleaned up when we arrived, particular the floor not what we expecting or experienced from other accomendations and in advanced we had to fill out a separate rental agreement with Inna. Means more paper work to do and time consuming to the standard Airbnb agreement. Additionally in advance you have to pay a security deposite, but everything was accurate, correctly and exemplary done by Inna, nothing to complain and the deposite was refunded in time back. For 2 people to experience the real Waikiki spirit of Honolulu I would recommend to stay there.

Marcus, thank you for the feedback after your stay. i was happy to host your party of 4 in this formal 1br condo, which a lot of people use to accommodate parties of 4-5 during their short stay as an affordable alternative to just a standard hotel room. This accommodation offers a full kitchen and a lot of other amenities that our guests are welcome to use during their vacation. We hire a local cleaning service to take care of the housekeeping in our rentals and we have an agreement with them that if the guests are not happy with any cleaning related issue they need to be notified with in 24h and it's the cleaning crew's responsibility to return and eliminate the problem. That point is clearly spelled out in our Check-in instructions and if you had any cleaning problems upon you arrival all you needed to do is to call up the cleaning service to re-mediate your complaint. Waikiki is a busy tourist area with high population density, so the noise level would be pretty high anywhere you stay - there are no dead quiet spots in Waikiki. If you're looking for secluded areas there are many places on Oahu that would fit that requirement. In comparison to many other condos/buildings in Waikiki our units are on a quiet side because they face a small 1-way street with not much traffic as opposed to busy streets or tourist paths. As far as the sleeping arrangements go, if convertible pull out beds are not satisfactory to your situation you're welcome to rent our 2br equivalent condo in the same building, or possibly i could recommend you 2br vacation rentals in other buildings. However, most places would require a longer than 4 nights stay, just like us, but in your case i made an exception because you guys seemed very nice in our communication . all the best, Inna
