Located in Alicante, right on Albufera Beach, the villa is just a two-minute walk from a tram stop that connects visitors to Alicante's nearby city centre, historic district, port, bar and restaurant area, as well as shopping centres.

Just five minutes to the north is San Juan Beach, considered the best in Costa Blanca, followed by the towns of El Campello, Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, etc. There is no need to rent a car since the tram provides convenient transportation to countless destinations and services, although the villa has private parking for guests with vehicles.

Aside from enjoying days at the beach, the villa is perfectly situated for any of the following outings, none of which require a car:

- A visit to Santa Barbara Castle, an ancient Moorish castle overlooking the city and the sea.

- Alicante's traditional Mercado Central market, where locals shop for the freshest produce, meats and fish. The charming plaza behind the market is lined with flower shops. This area is popular with locals who come here to enjoy 'tapas' and drinks at the numerous terrace bars on sunny days.

- During the day, the city's historic district is a maze of pedestrian streets lined with small restaurants and tapas bars, while at night it transforms into a lively destination for an evening of fun with friends.

- Shopping? No problem. Avenida Maisonnave is filled with all the top brands, while smaller boutique shops can be found in the nearby side streets.

- Take one of the boat ferries or catamarans from the Port of Alicante to the nearby islet of Tabarca marine reserve for a day of snorkeling and local cuisine. An unforgettable experience!

- Take the tram for countless excursions to the towns located north of Alicante. Whether you prefer to stroll through Altea's cobblestone streets lined with whitewashed Mediterranean homes, the sandy beaches of Calpe with its famous Peñon de Ifach, the bustle of Benidorm, or Denia with its local Valencian charm, the options are endless.

Large and comfortable villa. Beautiful view and private beach. Very nice host who helped us with everything. The area is quiet and peaceful. You can relax here from the noisy city, but still villa has very good communication with the city center. Amazing holidays :)

Miguel, der Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation mit ihm war immer super und hat sich um alle Wünsche/Fragen richtig gut gekümmert. Die Nachbarschaft ist gut, der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt von dem Haus und die Straßenbahnanbindung ist hervorragend. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern und der Blick aus der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt und empfehle das Haus sehr. Vielen Dank Miguel nochmal für das tolle Haus.

Miguel was an amazing host! This house was perfect for my family of 10. The location couldn't have been better. The little town provides quick access. The central location is fantastic. The access to the tram makes travel up and down the coast extra easy. This house is a 10!

"The Waterfront Villa, a feel good house", et fantastisk sted for ferie med storfamilien. Eiendommen har en fantastisk beliggenhet med nærhet til stranda, til butikker, til bane, og er velutstyrt på alle måter. Drømmer meg tilbake til den fantastiske utsikten mot åpent hav, til sol og avslappende bølgesskvulp. Miguel tok i mot oss på en omtenksom og hyggelig måte - brød, frukt og drikke var på plass i kjøleskapet ved ankomst!! Under oppholdet var han tilgjengelig ved behov og stilte opp for oss om det var noe vi hadde behov for hjelp til. Her hadde vi det supert, anbefales!! Tusen takk for fjorten herlige dager!

What a great house and a great place for a vacation. The house and the host are truly amazing. My family loved how easy it was to get go the beach, the children could run up and down between the house and the beach as they wanted. Miguel was very helpful and was always there to help with things that we needed help with. The view is great and lovely to hear the ocean in the night. Very easy to take the Tram down town or any where else. I truly reccomend staying here.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! This place was beautiful and looked and was located exactly as described. If anything, it was better! Access to the beach via your own door from the garden, plenty of space and free wifi. We wanted for nothing. Towels, linen, everything was there. Miguel was a great host who did everything he could to make us feel welcome. He even had the fridge stocked with beers and food for us before we arrived! What a guy! Location was great - 1 minute walk to the tram station and local shops and bars. View from the house was amazing. Basically it was a great experience and myself and my 6 friends would recommend it and hope to be back again soon. Thanks for a great week!
