This studio is conveniently located within walking distance of the Village at Mammoth with its many high-end shops and restaurants as well as the Village Gondola to take you all the way up to Canyon Lodge and beyond!

The living room of this home offers comfortable furnishings and a warming wood burning stove. Nearby, there's a dining table with seating for four alongside a sliding glass door leading out to one of two decks.

Whip up quick snacks or full-course meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, drawers and cabinets stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware, and an array of appliances including a range, microwave oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Upstairs, there's an open loft with a king-size bed and a full bath. On the main floor, additional guests can rest easy on the comfortable sofabed in the living room and enjoy the convenience of their own private bathroom. With its bed and sofabed, this condo sleeps up to four guests very comfortably.

Get online with ease thanks to the complimentary WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the two flatscreen cable TVs. Both TVs are also equipped with DVD players so that you can program your own movie nights, but don't forget the popcorn!

Shared laundry facilities are located on-site and during the warmer months, you can fire up one of the community grills and have yourself a cookout! After a day of skiing, relax your weary muscles in the shared sauna and hot tub, and during the summer, slip into the sparkling swimming pool. And for those anglers lucky enough to bring home some trout from Lake Mary or one of the local streams, this complex also offers a fish cleaning station!

Parking Notes: Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles is available in front of the unit. Spaces are not reserved, so first come, first served. Parking passes are located in unit.

There is a 2 car maximum for this complex. Any extra vehicles will have to be parked off site, and there is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from Nov. 1st- April 30th. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property.

Be Bear Aware: Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and are able to pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizers and wipes.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
